Speedos are normally a serious fashion faux-pas - unless you’re David Beckham, of course.

The footballer looked every inch the Hollywood hunk in a snug pair of navy blue Armani trunks last week, during a romantic anniversary trip to the Seychelles with Victoria.

The stylish pair, who married ten years ago, were spotted relaxing on board a luxury yacht as it meandered through the Indian Ocean.

While David, 34, revealed his tanned, tattooed torso and lean legs, the uber-slim Victoria donned a metallic gray two-piece and wrapped her hair in a towel.

Not normally one for flashing her bikini body, the 35-year-old former Spice Girl then covered up in a matching sarong to rub suncream on David’s back.

In the past the former singer has complained that she looked ‘really awful naked’.

She has also described the toll pregnancy has taken on her shape, claiming: ‘There are loads of things I don’t like about my body. I’ve got so much saggy skin on my stomach.’

Setting off to explore one of the idyllic nearby islands, the couple even managed to take a few snaps for the family album before returning to their £2,000-a-night villa at an eco spa resort on a private island.

‘This was quality time without the kids. Even after ten years, they still look great together,’ an onlooker told the News of the World.

But the jet-setting couple didn’t have too long to relax - they flew back to Heathrow on Thursday, before returning to LA with their three sons the very next day.

David will play for U.S. team LA Galaxy until October, before returning to Milan, while Victoria is planning to take acting lessons in a bid to break onto the big screen.

Meanwhile, David recently revealed they had named their youngest after Hollywood heavyweight Tom Cruise.

‘I must admit, when [Victoria and I] met Tom, I remember turning around to Victoria and saying, “Cruise is a great name, but we could spell it different”,’ Beckham revealed.

‘And also, living in Spain, Cruz is spelled the way it is in Spanish. So that’s why we got it.’

A month after David Beckham unveiled his last underwear campaign for Emporio Armani, the footballer is back in another new advert - but this time with his wife Victoria.

Following on from their first more restrained joint ad in January, the celebrity couple give us an insight to their private life as they cuddle up in their undies.

In a bizarre new image, a lingerie-clad Victoria, with a Geisha-style knot in her hair, lies astride her body oil-covered husband on top of a giant rope.

Exactly what the couple are doing with the rope is unclear, but perhaps it’s just as well we don’t find out.

In solo shots for the Italian designer last month, the 34-year-old athlete posed provocatively with the same rope wrapped around his toned body and six pack.

As well as the rope’s return, it appears Victoria’s former 34DD bust is back too.

Wearing little more than a black bra and knicker set, the former Spice Girl, 35, appears back to her busty best in the cleavage-heavy shots.

Posh was reported to have undergone a breast reduction operation down to a 34B in May - the same month these latest shots were taken.

In another new shot for Armani’s new autumn/winter underwear collection, the couple lie beside each other in predatory semi-crouching positions as David hangs off a metal rail.

Instead of her brunette bob, Victoria goes for the Cleopatra look with her plaited fake ponytail on the crowd of her head and her dramatic eye make-up.

The new shots bring the couple closer than their previous ad, which shows Victoria sitting on the floor, while her husband lay on the bed.

The latest photos were taken by celebrated photography duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott and will appear in magazines and billboard nationwide from this month.

These new shots are just the latest in the couple’s multi-million pound advertising deal with the Italian fashion house.

Last year, David signed a £20million deal to become the firm’s new global ambassador, while his wife later clinched her own £12million deal to represent Armani underwear.

Designer Giorgio Armani said of the England footballer: ‘David has a great sense of style and is an inspiring role model - this is what makes him the perfect partner for Emporio Armani underwear.’

Meanwhile, as David prepares for his return to Los Angeles Galaxy after his lengthy loan to AC Milan, he should be prepared for some grief.

Victoria Beckham works out an asymmetrical number at the Armani 5th Avenue Store opening in New York City on Tuesday night.

Braving thirty-something-degree weather, Beckham stopped to talk to the media, showing some skin - and lots of leg - in a silvery sequined one-strap dress and heels. She presented new designs from her fashion collection at New York Fashion Week and said she’d love to reach Armani-level success.

“I have so much respect for Mr. Armani - you know, I can dream,” she said, before heading inside.

The fembot’s denim line, dVb by Victoria Beckham, was just dropped by Saks Fifth Avenue, according to fashion insiders.

Earlier this year, Beckham was dropped by Henri Bendel and Kitson because of poor sales of her denim line. Now our source says Saks, which first carried her jeans, felt burned by the wife of soccer stud David Beckham when she sold her upscale designer line exclusively to Bergdorf Goodman.

Though the stores may still have some pairs from last season, our source says, “Saks dropped Victoria Beckham’s line” and will not reorder more. “They were offended when she sold her dress line to Bergdorf’s and not to Saks, even though Saks launched her denim line in their New York store.

“Bergdorf never carried her jeans, but they got her designer line anyway,” continued our tipster. But canceling Posh’s denim line should not have a big impact on Saks - “Nobody wanted to buy $300 jeans from someone who is not a trained designer,” our source snarked.

Beckham’s dress collection is expected to sell better than her denim, according to the source.

Although she continually denies it, the buzz in fashion circles is that popular London-based designer Roland Mouret advises Beckham and helps design dresses for her collection.

“Everyone loves Roland Mouret designs, and hers look just like his,” said our source.

A rep for Beckham told us, “At this time there is no Victoria Beckham product stocked at Saks, but we continue to work closely with several leading stores and many independent US fashion retailers.”

The spokeswoman added, “Roland Mouret has no design input in the Victoria Beckham dress collection. Aside from being a friend, his only professional help was introducing Victoria to a seamstress and a London design space when she began the collection.”
