On a flight from JFK to Salt Lake City Thursday night, the star got up and started stretching. A witness reports: “She started doing yoga in the aisles. She used the flight-attendant station as a ballet barre, where she stretched and did pliés for 20 minutes.” But Thurman’s health consciousness seemed at odds with what she did next: “After we left the plane, she ran for an exit and then chain-smoked like crazy,” says the snitch.

Uma Thurman is learning never say never – at least when it comes to wedding vows.

After her two divorces from actors Gary Oldman and Ethan Hawke, the Kill Bill star swore she’d never marry again. But now, in her first interview since her engagement to Swiss multimillionaire Arpad “Arki” Busson was announced, Thurman tells the U.K.’s Sunday Times Style magazine that she’s happy to go back on her word.

“I’m going to have to retract my statement of never,” she says. “I’ll have to eat my words – what a surprise.”

Thurman, who says “personally, things are wonderful,” also showed off her stunning engagement ring (which is reported to be an 8-plus carat center diamond surrounded by 20 smaller stones). It’s so big, the article says, he hand can “barely get through the sleeve of her coat.”

With her personal life going well, the 38-year-old actress also says she’s happy to “look my age.”

“Being in my late thirties is fine with me. Maybe when 40 hits, the penny will drop and you just hate life. But so far, so good.”

Maya’s birthday actually falls a month later on July 8th. No reason why they threw the party early. Meanwhile, Uma tries to block any photos of the happy event.

Hollywood star Uma Thurman’s stalker Jack Jordan has been ordered to keep his distance from the actress for five years following his conviction for stalking and harassing her.He was arrested outside Thurman’s New York City home in 2005 after attempting to force his way into her movie trailer, while she was shooting My Super Ex-Girlfriend. During the week-long trial at New York City’s Manhattan Supreme Court, Thurman and her parents testified, revealing how Jordan had bombarded them with notes and letters, and threatened to kill himself if her mother and father refused to pass on the messages. Jordan was found guilty of fourth-degree stalking and one count of second degree aggravated harassment by the jury on May 6th. But Jordan escaped jail time when he was sentenced today. A judge decided instead to simply order him to stay away, and gave him three years’ probation. Jordan was also told to seek outpatient treatment as part of his punishment. He was acquitted on two other aggravated harassment charges.
