Candy Spelling is getting her very own television show. In an interview she gave to Radar Online she said that she would be getting her own television show but that she really couldn’t talk about it much because it is top secret. Uh huh. Yeah, it is right up there with the nuclear codes. Although Candy has consistently bad mouthed Tori Spelling for her show and exploiting her two kids by using them as props, Candy sees no issues starring on her own show. Why? “The show will be scripted. I wouldn’t do a reality show.”

Oh, burn on Tori. Yes, because Candy was married to the man who brought us such wonderful writing as The Love Boat Candy wouldn’t stoop low enough to do reality. Of course just because it is reality doesn’t mean it isn’t scripted. Hello The Hills.

I guess she means like an actual real show. You know it will probably be about a woman who was married to a legend and has an evil daughter and a son you never see. Each week Candy will break away long enough from staring at her jewels and living alone in her $45M home to save the world from destruction.

Candy Spelling has a bone to pick with daughter Tori Spelling – and she’s telling the world about it.

Spelling is no stranger to publicly addressing personal issues with her 36-year-old daughter, who stars in the Oxygen reality show “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood” with husband Dean McDermott.

Spelling, 63, previously made an emotional plea to reconnect with her daughter on her Web site in 2007.

Spelling addressed her rant to “middle-aged reality show stars (like my daughter)” in an open letter sent to TMZ.com.

“I know many middle-aged people have issues about their parents and their upbringing. I did. My memories didn’t match all those of my mother, and, funny thing, it’s the same way with my daughter,” Spelling wrote.

She continued, “My daughter, Tori’s, two-part season finale revolves around my granddaughter’s first birthday party and how she has made what seems like an agonizing decision to invite me.”

Tori and Dean, 42, threw their daughter Stella a ladybug-themed party, which included celebrity guests Melissa Joan Hart, Lisa Rinna, Harry Hamlin, Scott Baio and Larry Birkhead, on June 6, People.com reports.

Spelling said she received an invitation to her granddaughter’s birthday party, but it arrived just before the RSVP deadline.
“A big party wasn’t how I envisioned meeting my granddaughter for the first time; but, hey, this is Hollywood, and my grandchildren have become reality show props, too,” Spelling said. “At the time I emailed ‘yes,’ I didn’t realize I was being set up for a two-parter, even though it was clear I was being invited to be part of a segment for my daughter’s reality show.”
Despite initially agreeing to attend the soiree, Spelling was a no-show.

“I decided my first meeting with my granddaughter should be on home video, not primetime cable; so I emailed that I would not be attending,” Spelling said.

While Spelling never pursued an acting career, she did learn a thing or two from her late producer husband Aaron Spelling.
“Plots have to be fresh and updated,” she said. “The same old whining gets tired after a while. Enough complaining about what may or may not have happened during first grade or YMCA camp, or what vegetable you were forced to endure, especially when you are privileged enough to be on TV and get paid for it.”

Spelling’s dig refers to Tori’s extravagant upbringing which consisted of designer-made Halloween costumes and living in the 123-room Spelling Manor in Beverly Hills.

The opinionated author adds, “Please remember that real life doesn’t get edited to make things better or worse or get better ratings. You’re responsible for what you do. Life isn’t just a show. And your families can’t just be props. Make your own season finale without creating conflicts you will regret later.”

The “90210” hottie, Tori Spelling was spotted shows off her post-pregnancy bod as she slips into a teeny-weeny bikini while on vacation in Hawaii on Tuesday with Husband Dean McDermott and son, Liam McDermott, 2.

The reality star couple had their second child, Stella McDermott, barely a year ago last June.

“My daughter one day decided that she wasn’t speaking to my husband, myself and my son and that’s how it’s continued for the last, oh gosh, four or five years.” She added, “And it was sad, that’s what killed my husband actually. He just didn’t want to live after that. He has just done everything he could possibly do for his daughter and she wanted no part of him once he couldn’t do anything for her.”

When I read the comments on some sites, I thought she was misquoted but you can hear say those exact words come out of her mouth in the  94.7 WMAS interview.
I am flabbergasted that someone can say that about their own child in the media like that. To me a statement like that is like a dagger in the heart. I can’t even imagine what would possess her to say that in public like that. If I were Tori, I am not sure I could forgive her for saying that. Could you?

Tori Spelling has hit back at weight critics by confidently showing off her slender figure in a bikini.

The former Beverly Hills, 90210 actress happily munched on a club sandwich as she relaxed poolside in Palm Springs, silencing reports she is suffering from an eating disorder.

The 36-year-old admits she is thinner than she would prefer, but attributes her recent weight loss to her busy lifestyle, which included caring for her two children Liam, two, and Stella, 11 months.

Clearly confident with her body, the blonde actress showed off her slender frame in a blue bikini as she hung out by the pool with her kids and husband Dean McDermott.

Showing her healthy appetite, Tori enjoyed a club sandwich and French fries - the actress’s favourite food.

When she discussed her weight loss in a recent interview, Tori admitted she had a weakness for chips.

She told People magazine: ‘I do try to feed the kids healthy but Liam loves fries - I have to admit, we are a fry family.’

Tori and Dean, 42, are currently enjoying a few days relaxation after what has been a busy year so far.

As well as caring for Liam and Stella, Tori has also launched a parenting book Mommywood, guest starred in two episodes of the new 90210 and filmed a fourth season of their reality TV show Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood.

When Tori launched her book nearly two months ago, she was barraged with criticism of her weight.

But the actress insisted she was naturally skinny and her busy lifestyle had taken it toll on her physically.

She told People: ‘I wish they could flash back to what my old body was before I got pregnant, which was pretty much this.

‘But I get it. I acknowledge that I look thin in those photos. Obviously I don’t want to lose any more weight, and I think, “Yeah, I could stand to gain a few pounds,” but I am healthy. I’m just crazy busy and being a mom.

‘I’m the first to admit that sometimes I don’t have the time to sit down for a well-balanced meal.’

Her husband of three years Dean added: ‘I can tell you right now, there is no way in hell that I would ever let my wife get unhealthy.’
