While millions of men (and women) would give anything and everything for the opportunity to take a bath with Keira Knightley, her Edge of Love co-star Sienna Miller said stripping off and splashing around with her fellow British babe for a scene in the romantic war drama was definitely not an erotic experience.

“We were in the bath for so long we were shriveling up like prunes, it wasn’t very sexy at all,” Miller told Tarts. “But hey, I’ve had a bath with Keira Knightley — several people would love to say that I sure.”

Due to the hype surrounding the two gorgeous girls baring their bodies in a bathroom during filming, the production big-wigs had to enforce a “closed set” that day and it comes as no surprise that Miller and Knightley have become a lot closer since filming.

“We were friends before but we weren’t as close as we are now. I think we work really intensely and especially the relationship between the two women in this film is so intense,” Miller added. “Thank God we were close because I think it really requires that. We had dinner last week and she cooked me pasta. I love her very much, she’s wonderful.”

And even though Miller’s character does cartwheels in a bar and falls off her bike while under the influence, in her real life the 27-year-old finds herself making friends with long, hard objects.

“I’m pretty good at keeping it together if I’ve had a few glasses, but definitely I’ll walk into the odd lamp post,” she admitted. “Now that’s going to be very misconstrued, I shouldn’t have said that. I don’t get too sloppy. I’m more clumsy just generally in life. I’ll shut my fingers in car doors and trip over things. But that’s just ditzy, clumsiness.”

So when she’s not hurting herself, the pap-popular starlet has opted for a slightly slower pace to escape the wrath of those sneaky snappers.

“I’ve bought a cottage in the country in England,” Miller said. “So I’m growing vegetables and getting chickens.”

Things that make you go hmmm: We were a little curious when we caught Sienna Miller exiting the men’s room during Montblanc’s/UNICEF dinner in Hollywood, and downright intrigued when we saw she was being trailed by a short, straggly haired gent … whom she didn’t speak to again that night.

Later, the British beauty listened to “Slumdog Millionaire” star Anil Kapoor give a speech — and refer to her as “Serena.” Twice.

Sienna was a good sport though, and warmly applauded Kapoor despite the slip.

The Edge of Love co-stars Keira, 23, and Sienna, 26, proved a real double act at the London movie event. They held hands as they escorted one another down the red carpet at the British Independent Film Awards at the Old Billingsgate.

The ladies star in the film ‘Edge of Love’ where they portray women who are both involved with legendary poet Dylan Thomas.

In a high-necked gothic lace gown, Keira could have stepped right off the set of one of her period dramas. She kept the look modern though by teaming her dress with classic black satin courts and leaving her locks loose, with a side-swept fringe.

Actress Sienna Miller has admitted she has split from boyfriend Balthazar Getty.

The couple were rumoured to have parted after Sienna was spotted out and about alone in London recently and she was back in true party-girl form on Friday night when she hit the town until 4.20am.

The Factory Girl star was all smiles as she enjoyed the company of three of the world’s most eligible men - Olivier Martinez, Josh Hartnett and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Sienna’s first stop was the star-studded Hollywood Dominoes: VIP launch event at Mosimann’s where she confirmed the split to American magazine Us Weekly.

She told the magazine: ‘I’m single at the moment, and I’m completely happy with that.

‘It’s nice not to have a relationship that the press constantly want to scrutinize and discuss. ‘I’m cool with being on my own.’

She was certainly attracting attention in a back-lace mini-dress and high heels and looked to be having fun with Kylie’s ex Olivier.

After Mosimann’s - which was also put on for the benefit of Charlize Theron’s Africa Outreach Project - Sienna went to Automat American diner in Knightsbridge until 2am where Olivier and Josh had also made their way to.

She then hit exclusive Jalouse club where Leonardo DiCaprio was reported to have been partying.

Miller and Getty’s romance first made headlines in July when Getty, 33 - who was married at the time - was photographed kissing a topless Sienna, 26, on a boat in Italy.

Just days later Brothers & Sisters star Getty announced that he and wife Rosetta, with whom he has four children, were separated.

The statement read: ‘In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further.’

In August, Miller’s home in North London was vandalized with the word ’slut’ as the couple were spotted in both London and Los Angeles together.

But their romance reportedly hit the rocks recently amid rumours Getty had been stalling on getting a divorce from wife Rosetta.

And Miller’s party lifestyle was also said to be creating friction between the couple.
