I actually feel bad for Lindsay because apparently she’s aging terribly. It must be so hard to lose your looks at such a young age and to go from being so naturally beautiful to looking like a crackwhore. I am all for people going out without makeup but sadly, Lindsay should probably put some on before allowing people to photograph her. What do you think? Am I being too harsh? I thinks he looks like a leathery old Florida dyke with a wrinkled neck, bleached hair and baggy eyes. Get ouot of the sun Linds and get some rest for godsakes! You look like you need it desperately!

Hmmm, an “I Love You” bear, who decided to buy this - Lindsay or Samantha? Is this cute or cheesy?

It’s cheesy in my opinion. It may be cute when you buy it for a child or when teen lovers buy one for each other but two 30 year old women buying stuffed bears, I don’t think it is normal. I am beginning to wonder if Lindsay is sound mentally. She’s alwas doing stupid things, she’s completely ruined an incredible career, one that didn’t require sitting at a desk all day,  she’s loaded but she she steals and now she’s walking around with a stuffed bear. Maybe she never grew up. I could teach her a lesson or two about reality, she needs it!! Call me Linds, I can help. <3

Lindsay Lohan’s assistant, who quit earlier this month, has been offered a series of huge, five-figure deals to dish on her famous ex-boss.

Sources said the weeklies have been offering cash deals worth around $50,000 to the woman, identified only as Eleanore, who reportedly quit because she was “exhausted” and “had enough of Lindsay’s demands.”

But one source added: “She has so far refused the offers, saying she doesn’t want to tell on Lindsay as she’s afraid she’ll never work again.”

Lindsay Lohan is being linked to 36-year-old photographer Indrani after working together on a photo shoot this past fall.

They’ve been secretly seeing each other in Los Angeles and recently spent the night together in Lindsay’s hotel! Indrani reveals:

“We have been spending a lot of time together. I have never had a relationship with a woman before, but Lindsay is just somebody who I find fascinating, gorgeous and extremely smart, as well as super-hot.
“Lindsay gets a lot of bad press, but she’s a really strong, creative woman and is trying really hard to get her life in a good, positive place.”

Markus Klinko, Indrani’s photographer partner, thinks the two of them are a good match. He explains:

“Lindsay and Indrani have been seeing each other since we shot her last fall. I’ve seen them on dates, I have seen them making out . . . Indrani is a good influence on Lindsay.
“She is the opposite of a party girl — a Princeton graduate, she’s into art and is a philanthropist — not what you’d expect the typical girl for Lindsay to go out with. When they are together, they talk about art and the deeper meaning in life.”

Hopefully, this relationship will be just what Lindsay needs to get back on track.

Lindsay Lohan is expected in court next week after missing a mandatory hearing on Thursday.

Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, says the 23-year-old actress will return to Los Angeles on Saturday and appear in court Monday morning.

After a few breezy days at the Cannes Film Festival, where she attended various events to promote her Linda Lovelace film and partied into the wee hours on the day she was supposed to be in court in Beverly Hills, Lohan is coming home to a litany of legal woes.

She was to be arrested upon her return to Los Angeles for missing the mandatory hearing, but a judge recalled the warrant late Thursday after Lohan posted bail.

Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel set bail at $100,000, revoked Lohan’s probation and imposed strict new conditions on the star, who was due in court for a progress report on her probation stemming from two arrests in 2007.

The judge ordered that Lohan be prohibited from drinking any alcohol, required to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet and submit to random weekly drug testing.

“If she wanted to be here, it looks to the court that she could have been here,” Revel said, frustrated at Lohan’s absence.

The actress, wearing short shorts and high heels, was partying on a yacht in the French Riviera until early Thursday morning, says celebrity photographer Phil Ramey, who posted the photos on his website tinselclown.com.

Holley said Lohan’s passport was stolen while in Cannes and she was unable to return to Los Angeles in time for Thursday’s hearing.

“She did, in fact, have airline tickets,” Lohan’s attorney told the judge.

Lohan has been on probation since August 2007 after pleading guilty to misdemeanor drug charges and no contest to three driving charges. The plea came after a pair of high-profile arrests earlier that year.

Despite spending 84 minutes in jail and performing mandatory service at the county morgue, Lohan has struggled repeatedly with the terms of her sentence. In October, a judge extended her probation for another year but a prosecutor warned the actress she faced jail time if she violated her probation.

The extension was the third time Lohan escaped punishment after her alcohol-education program notified the court the actress had violated its rules. Two of the instances were described as misunderstandings; the third was chalked up to a busy work schedule.

Revel said at Thursday’s hearing that there is probable cause to believe Lohan may have violated her probation. A formal hearing will be held to determine if Lohan is in compliance with the court’s conditions.

Michael Lohan flew to Los Angeles to convince his daughter to enter rehab as he believes she is addicted to prescription drugs.

He went to her apartment building in Hollywood – where she presently lives with her sister Ali – accompanied by four plain clothes police officers, but she wouldn’t let him in.

Michael told X17online: “I won’t give up, I’ll do whatever I have to do to get her the help she needs.”

Lindsay reacted angrily to her father’s actions, branding him her “ex-dad”.

She wrote on her twitter page: “OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have no choice but to make this public, due to my sister’s safety, as well as my own, “my ex-dad” just WALKED INTO MY APT like the devil’s advocate with officers.

“Let’s not forget, that my father KIDNAPPED me from a COURT ROOM when i was 4 years old and is CRAZY he has NEVER paid child support, and is marrying a tabloid writer and can barely spell his own name due to his “brain” that has been ruined due to HIS drug use. (sic)”

Lindsay now intends to get a restraining order against her father, and also suggested he may have been accompanied by fake police officers.

She tweeted: “my lawyer isn’t answering I NEED A RESTRAINING ORDER! MY SISTER AND FRIEND TOO!!!!! HE’S NUTS!!! my BUILDING didn’t STOP him, isn’t it supposed to be safe? THAT’S WHY I MOVED HERE! it coulda been FAKE cops! dressed up! (sic)”

Michael has previously denied not paying any child support for his children – Lindsay, 23, Ali, 16, Michael Douglas, 22, and Dakota, 13 – by ex-wife Dina, and accused Lindsay of “living in denial” over her prescription drug use.
