Sexy actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers departs his Soho Hotel the other day in New York City. The star made an appearance on ‘The View’ to promote his new Showtime Television series ‘The Tudors. Amazing how these stars dress. We love Jonathan, but on a cold day in New York City wearing a T-shirt? And when I first looked at the picture, I thought he was carrying a garbage bag. Have a little class when you are promoting your projects. Dress nice. On the other hand, he was a nice guy for stopping and posing. That’s ten points right there !

Sexy actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers has just been named as the new ambassador for a charity which campaigns for the rights of street children in India. The Hollywood movie star will be the face of the Hope Foundation, an Irish organization which was set up in 1999 to aid underprivileged children in the city of Calcutta. He says, “I’m deeply honored to become an ambassador for an organization like the Hope Foundation.”If I can use my name and celebrity to advance awareness of the great work the Hope Foundation does in some small way then I am delighted to be able to do so.”

Jonathan Rhys-Meyers recently split up with his girlfriend and she kicked him out of her apartment in Camden. Jonathan is reportedly looking to room with Pete Doherty. The two are looking for a pad in East London. 

A source said, “Although Jonathan spends a lot of time filming in Los Angeles these days he still needs somewhere to stay while working in London. So when a mutual friend suggested he and Pete could get a flat together, Jonathan jumped at the chance.“

What the hell is going on here? Courtney Love should move in too. It would be like a cracked out “Three’s Company.” Doherty’s the lesbian one, Janet.

There’s no way I’d ever live with Jonny Meyers. Imagine waking up to those eyes every morning? You’d think a zombie broke into your apartment and was ready to eat your throat out. Jonny’s eyes are not good for the morning time.

Prosecutors in Ireland have dropped all charges against Jonathan Rhys Meyers for being drunk and mean in a Dublin airport last month. Jonathan was arrested after he became belligerent when he was refused on a flight bound for London. 

Jonathan said through his lawyer that his behavior was “unacceptable and out of character” and that he “unreservedly apologizes” to everyone. Jonathan was not present during the hearing. His lawyer probably thought it best that Jonathan’s crazy eyes be kept away from the judge. They just creep people out!

Jonny’s off the hook! Now let’s get drunk and belligerent!

Jonathan Rhys Meyers was photographed walking the streets of London at 10am drinking a can of booze cider. I think the Uggs are more offensive, but I’ll go on. Jonathan might have been boozing so early, because he had just found out that his mother passed away. This came only days after he was arrested in a Dublin airport for being a drunk mess.

The Sun reports that Jon’s 50-year-old mother, Geraldine, passed away in Cork. His rep confirmed the passing of his mother, but would not release details. Friends of Geraldine were said to be shocked, because she seemed healthy. 

Poor Jonny. Just what you need after you’ve been arrested for being drunk. His mother has just died and he’s mourning, so let him booze up! 

Jonathan Rhys Meyers was arrested for public drunkenness and breach of peace at Dublin Airport on Sunday. The actor was displaying “erratic, abusive behavior” which led to his eventual arrest, according to USA Today:

Dublin Airport Police said they called Ireland’s national police force, the Garda Siochana, after Rhys Meyers refused repeated requests to calm down.
Police charged him with two counts of violating the Public Order Act, then permitted him to pay an undisclosed cash bail on condition he return to Dublin District Court on Dec. 5 for his arraignment.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers looks like a coked-out version of Voldemort, so I’m convinced that Harry Potter showed up at some point to lend officers a hand. Of course, I was also convinced that the real Chewbacca would show up for my eighth birthday party. Instead my dad just got drunk and wore my mom’s fur coat. Though a lot of the sound effects were spot on, I’ll give him that. But things went downhill when Dad threw the neighbor kid into the TV because he “didn’t want the Viet-Cong reading his mind and stealing his secret recipe for whiskey on the rocks.” When I told him that wasn’t in Star Wars, he puked on the birthday cake then punched Grandpa in the foot. Man, having kids is awesome. I should get a girl pregnant. But not leave town after I find out this time.

That’s not Jonathan Rhys Meyers’ mug shot, but it looks like it could’ve been. Jon was arrested in Ireland yesterday for being a drunken mess. Jonny was at Dublin airport when they refused his ass on a London-bound flight. He reportedly started acting the fool when police tried to calm him down.

He was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and breach of the peace. He was released on bail and will have to show up to court in December.

Just last year Jonny said, “I gave up drinking a few years ago, and this is the first time I’ve spent time in my country trying not to drink.”

Hey, I think being charged with being a drunken mess will get you a parade and key to the city in Ireland.

This reminds me of that TV show “Airline” where they would show drunk bitches getting denied on planes. They would always get so damn mad. I guess being told you’re too drunk to fly is a serious buzz kill.

A hot outfit for a pretty lady! Johnathan Rhys Meyers has been doing “The Tudors” for waaaaaay too long. He’s starting to dress like that on his off-time. Doesn’t girlfriend know to only wear one strong piece and build your outfit around that? The purse, the jacket, the boots….it’s too much. But work it girl.

Even his preteen girlfriend is like “Yeah, can you believe this lady dude? Hey, the money’s good though. I can’t complain”
