Hilary Swank is recuperating after undergoing a minor medical procedure at the hospital, her manager tells PEOPLE exclusively.

The Oscar-winning actress, 34, was “experiencing some discomfort and went to see her doctor, who prescribed an immediate course of action that included a brief hospitalization to remove a small, benign growth,” manager Jason Weinberg says.

“Her condition has been resolved and there are no continuing health issues, with the exception of some short-term rest and recuperation,” he says.

No other details were provided.

Hilary Swank looking just wonderful and supporting a good cause.

The “Million Dollar Baby” babe Hilary Swank was spotted at the Giorgio Armani Prive Spring/Summer 2008 Haute Couture Collection Show yesterday in Paris, France.

She was wearing a fabulous black evening gown as she embraced the Italian designer. Hilary was also spotted earlier in the day attending an event at the Palais de Chaillot.

boyfriend to her vitamin supplement addiction.
Hilary on what she thinks of
her last three films:

“It’s the business of a lottery, for lack of a better word. All you have
control over is how hard you choose to work. After that, you do your press, and
then you let it go. Of course you want something you’ve given birth to to do
well. But why sit there and lament over what you don’t have control
over?”

Hilary on being in love:

“Of course I’m in love. Or I wouldn’t be in this relationship for as long as
I’ve been. He’s a great guy.”

Hilary on Jeff Robinov’s, the president of production at Warner Bros.,who
supposedly said that they will no longer be doing movies with female leads due
to recent box office duds:

“Who knows if Jeff really said that or not. I think that’s still up for
debate. He says he didn’t say it, and I know that people attribute things to me
that I didn’t say. But speaking in general, I think it’s really naive to say,
‘Oh, a woman’s vehicle is not successful,’ because men’s movies have failed at
the box office too. Look, I don’t want to name names, but there’s been lots of
movies starring men—with big names!—that didn’t do well.”

Hilary on why she left New York City:

“I looked and looked and looked for a place in New York. I just didn’t find
anything. Prices have just skyrocketed!”

Hilary on the 45 supplements she takes everyday in addition to her vitamin
injections:

“This is my Aloe C, which I dissolve in water. Here’s my flax. This one’s for
my immune system, and this one is my BrainWave—it’s great, like if I have a lot
of lines to memorize. I just took my most important ones, which are my Oz Garcia
Longevity Pak. I shoved them in my mouth right before I met you, which I
actually shouldn’t do, because I choked on my vitamins once
before.”

Hilary on her metabolism:

“I have a really high metabolism. Exercise is also really important to me. I
think it gives me more energy. I would rather sleep six hours and get an hour
workout than sleep seven hours.”

Hilary on her crazy schedule:

“In the past four and a half weeks, I’ve been to London, Texas, Chicago,
China, New York, L.A. and New York again. You know, it’s tiring, but I can’t
complain, because I’m getting to do what I love.”

Hilary is starting to look like a sexy dude,so she should maybe go easy on
these 45 supplements she takes everyday.

HILARY Swank was so excited to see her “P.S. I Love You” co-star Bob Balaban at a lunch for the movie this week, she accidentally gave him a little too much affection. “Oops, there’s my boob, on your head,” she laughed, hugging him as she stood and he remained seated. Also at the Brasserie Ruhlmann lunch thrown by Peggy Siegal was a newly shorn Mariska Hargitay, who showed Lisa Kudrow pictures of her son, August, on her BlackBerry.

Making an appearance at the “A Time For Peace” awards last night, Hilary Swank was quite the stunner.  And may we just say that Oprah’s haircutting idea was a great move!
