Nicollette Sheridan made girls half her age green with envy when she hit the beach for an afternoon of sun.
The Desperate Housewives star frolicked in the surf , sporting a white bikini that left little to the imagination – and showcased her toned figure, as she spent the day with her new love interest.
The actress has reportedly been seeing wealthy businessman Steve Pate since April this year.
And judging by the look of things, their relationship appears to be going from strength to strength.

The cosy couple looked the picture of happiness and couldn’t keep their hands off each other as they shared a sun lounger.
The British-born actress surely has more time on her hands now after filming final scenes of the show.
The Desperate Housewives femme fatale met a grisly end by crashing her car into a telephone pole as she fled from her murderous husband.
Fans watched in horror as she then stepped from the vehicle into a puddle – and was electrocuted by a falling overhead wire.
Her spokeswoman says she’s looking forward to trying some new roles.

Before Desperate Housewives, Sheridan was best known for playing Paige Matheson in Eighties soap opera Knots Landing.
After joining Desperate Housewives in 2004, Sheridan was nominated for a Golden Globe in 2005 for her portrayal of Edie.
Prior to her engagement to Michael Bolton, Sheridan was married to actor Harry Hamlin for two years in the early Eighties.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Drea de Matteo is set to join the cast of Desperate Housewives. Guess what? Drea is going to play an Italian housewife. I know, I know, the stretch on her acting talent is going to be tough. Now, she is going to play the matriarch of her family which is more than she did on The Sopranos, but I wish they would have let her play someone besides an Italian housewife. I have seen her do that already. Not the married part so much, but the rest of it.
When I first read she was cast, I was hoping they would show some creativity and imagination. I think she is a great casting choice because she can cause trouble and be tough and at the same time be sexy. But, the imagination that led to the casting didn’t stretch far enough to see her as anything other than what she has already played for years. Does Drea want to play the same roles for the rest of her career? She is too good of an actress to keep getting stereotyped like this. I will say that I am going to watch the first episode of the season. Do you think maybe she could order a hit on Eva’s character?

Eva confessed, “Tony and I will be moving to France after ‘Desperate Housewives.’ Actually, after his basketball career. Not for awhile, but we’ll be living there for a bit.”
Dang we still have at least two more years of Desperate Housewives, but maybe Marc Cherry will kill off another housewife before the finale!!!

On who did her in: “Somebody up there really wanted her dead. I think whoever Edie represented in [Housewives creator] Marc’s life was somebody he didn’t like. And he had a very difficult time distinguishing between fact and fiction.”
On the show losing its magic: “When the show started it was such a different beast. It was exciting and dangerous and funny and edgy and bizarre. It started feeling a little complacent, and that was very frustrating.”
On learning of Edie’s demise: “I said, ‘OK, sayonara. It’s been a great ride. Thank you.”
So what does Marc Cherry have to say about letting his ego making a stupid decision for the show?
On choosing to cut Edie: “Edie’s already slept with most of the guys on the street and has caused about as many problems as she could.”
That is so not true, now that Gale Harold is back she could totally sleep with him! (I would!) Seriously Marc Cherry needs to get over himself because Nicollette is right, the show hasn’t been good since the beginning.
And you know way to go Nicollette Sheridan for telling it like it is and not BSing what happened! I can’t wait to see what else she says in the interview in the new TV Guide Magazine that is on stands this Thursday!

Gale Harold was starring on Desperate Housewives when he run was cut short by a real-life motorcycle accident back in October. Finally after months of waiting to hear when he would be well enought to be back on the show, Watch with Kristin spoke to the show creator Marc Cherry who said, “We are planning to write him in before the end. We had to wait while he did his recovery, but he will be back.” So wait does that mean end of the season or end of the show’s run? Hopefully he meant soon because I am missing him on TV and that means he is better!

Marc Cherry is really killing off Nicolette Sheridan on Desperate Housewives according to the National Enquirer.
When the gorgeous star leaves the show in a very special April episode, her character - devious real estate agent Edie Britt - will survive a harrowing car crash only to get zapped from a death-dealing surge from a live wire moments later, divulge sources.
“It will be one of the most bizarre character deaths in TV history,” revealed a show insider.
Ironically, the demanding 45-year-old actress had been targeted for “capital punishment” by the show’s producer for some time, disclosed the insider. “She’s always clashed with series creator-executive producer Marc Cherry. “For some time, Marc and the writers have been planning a dramatic demise befitting Nicollette,” the insider confided.
Dang that really sounds like Marc Cherry hates her, he really hates her.
For Nicollette - if you are going to die on a show, that is a good way to go! Leave them talking and remembering you!!!

Desperate Housewives’ creator Marc Cherry opened up to TV Guide Magazine why he wrote off Nicollette Sheridan’s Edie Britt.
“Nicollette Sheridan has immortalized Edie Britt from the first moment she stepped foot on Wisteria Lane as the deliciously seductive and strong neighbor. The creative decision to place this character in a perilous storyline was driven by the need to continue to keep the drama fresh. It has been our great pleasure to work with Nicollette – we are all going to miss her very much.”
Does anyone believe him that is really why they are letting her go? Even though they haven’t been using her like she be used this season, there are a few other Housewives I would like to see go before her.
