Mariah Carey made her first public appearance at a New York club less than three months after giving birth to twins — and seemed back to her divatastic ways, being fanned by a minion and ordering champagne to be delivered to her in the bathroom.

The svelte-looking singer, who had her twins Moroccan Scott and Monroe on April 30, partied at Chelsea hot spot Juliet Supperclub until 2:30 a.m. yesterday morning with two female friends and without hubby Nick Cannon.

Spies said that a glowing Mariah “looked fantastic” in a light brown strapless dress, sipped from a $1,600 bottle of Angel champagne, and happily chatted and posed for photos for fans, but still seemed to have retained a few of her famous diva ways.

One witness said: “Mariah came into the crowded club with a small entourage and was surrounded by people taking photographs. She was smiling, friendly with everyone and seemed relaxed. It seems motherhood is suiting her.

“But her diva ways are definitely still there — it was very hot, and she had a young man fanning her throughout the night with a big red fan.

“She spent a lot of the night dancing, and was nice to anyone who approached her. But the club was very crowded, so she asked if she could have ‘a minute’ of quiet time in the bathroom. The ladies’ was cleared out, and Mariah ordered a $450 bottle of Perrier Jouet, and had a few glasses in the privacy of the bathroom before coming back out to join the masses.”

Mariah, 41, arrived at the club with her personal security, but was also assigned some of the club security staff because the place was so packed. She and her pals were seated at a table next to Black Eyed Peas star apl.de.ap, who was surrounded by women.

A rep for Mariah said: “She was out celebrating with friends and family.” As for her new appearance, “She’s been working out and taking care of her beautiful babies and is just so happy.”

Wednesday (7/20), “Modern Family” star Julie Bowen joined “Drops of Good: The Maxwell House Community Project” in Atlanta to help complete massive renovations at a local community center.

Julie lent a helping hand at Atlanta’s Adamsville Recreation Center by painting a mural with local children and planting rose bushes to spruce up the Center’s landscaping. She capped off the renovation event by speaking to the Atlanta community during the ribbon cutting to unveil the revitalized Center.

The Adamsville Recreation Center was voted by the American public as one of five community centers receiving the makeover of a lifetime, with up to $50,000 in renovations this summer.

The Back To Black singer was apparently found at the property in by emergency services at 3.54pm this afternoon, according to sources, and her death is being treated as ‘unexplained’ by police.

In a statement, the Metropolitan Police said: ‘Police were called by London Ambulance Service to an address in Camden Square NW1 shortly before 16.05hrs today, Saturday, July 23rd, following reports of a woman found deceased.

‘On arrival officers found the body of a 27-year-old female who was pronounced dead at the scene.
‘Enquiries continue into the circumstances of the death. At this early stage it is being treated as unexplained.’

It is thought her father Mitch has yet to find out about his daughter’s untimely passing, as he is currently on his way to America to perform at a jazz festival.

Winehouse had been seen with her goddaughter Dionne Bromfield earlier this week as the teenager took to the stage at the iTunes festival.

She refused to join in for Mama Said, but did support the 14-year-old with a few dance moves before urging the crowd to buy Dionne’s new album Good For The Soul.

A source said: ‘Amy staggered onstage and grabbed the mic to beg the crowd to buy her protege’s new album.’

Winehouse’s appearance at the concert came after she cancelled her European tour following a disastrous performance in June when she stumbled onto the stage in Belgrade and gave an incoherent performance appearing very disorientated and removed from reality.

Following the concert which saw fans enraged and the subsequent video that circulated to millions she cancelled the remaining dates of her European tour.

A statement released by the troubled singer’s spokesperson said that the singer would be given ‘as long as it takes’ to recover.

The statement read: ‘Amy Winehouse is withdrawing from all scheduled performances.

‘Everyone involved wishes to do everything they can to help her return to her best and she will be given as long as it takes for this to happen.’

Winehouse had been working on her long-awaited new album, the follow-up to her 2006 breakthrough multi-million selling Back To Black, for the past three years.

Winehouse has had a troubled life which has included various stints in rehab for drug and alcohol addiction.

In an interview in 2008, her mother Janis said she would be unsurprised if her daughter died before her time.

She said: ‘I’ve known for a long time that my daughter has problems. But seeing it on screen rammed it home. I realise my daughter could be dead within the year. We’re watching her kill herself, slowly.

‘I’ve already come to terms with her dead. I’ve steeled myself to ask her what ground she wants to be buried in, which cemetery. Because the drugs will get her if she stays on this road.

‘I look at Heath Ledger and Britney. She’s on their path. It’s like watching a car crash – this person throwing all these gifts away.’

The late ‘Thriller’ hitmaker – who died of acute Propofol intoxication at his home in Los Angeles on June 25 in 2009 – will be remembered with a huge event in Los Angeles featuring a number of world famous artists and all proceeds are set to go to charity according to In Touch Weekly.

Michael’s family members, sister La Toya, brothers Marlon, Jackie and Tito and mother Katherine are set to announce the details in a global press conference at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Monday.

It is unclear is any of Michael’s siblings will perform at the event although it is a possibility after his sister Janet showcased a virtual duet with her deceased brother in London last month.

Janet revealed singing their 1995 duet ‘Scream’ with Michael makes her feel closer to him, explaining “It’s therapeutic, you know and it makes me smile inside. I mean the energy of the song is fierce but makes it makes me smile inside when I hear him, when I hear his voice.”

Yesterday, Hayden was out in West Hollywood looking rather butchy in my opinion. What do you guys think? Does she look like a babe or a butch? Her skin looks over-tanned and her hair over-bleached, she’s a mess.

Does Hayden have fake boobs? I remember her having small perky breasts but they look unusually large here. Even a good push up doesn’t give you that kind of cleavage! If she did get them, it would have been fairly recently because last time I saw her, she looked quite a bit smaller. Funny how people disappear off the radar for a few weeks and pop up with different breasts and you can’t even tell if they are real or fake. If they have been “done”, they look good, very natural!! Conrats on the enhanccement Hayden!

Two of my favorite ladies showed up for the screening of “The Tree of Life” in Cannes Today. While I am enamored with both of these women, in my opinon, Angelina’s look is the one I love on this occasion. I love Gwen too and I like that she looks less traditional and she’s taken some risks with her style but Angelina is shining in this timeless, clasic look. I can’t believe Gwen is 6 years older than Angie, she really doesn’t look it, they both look incredible.
