Ashton Kutcher is grateful he can publish details of his private life on Twitter.com – because he’s become less attractive to the paparazzi since he joined the social networking website.

The actor and his wife Demi Moore are avid followers of the micro-blogging website, with Kutcher becoming the first person to attract over a million Twitter fans last year.

And the Just Married star is thankful he is able to express his views on his personal page, because it allows him to control what is published in the press.

He says, “The immediacy of it (Twitter) is great. The connection people have with each other and the pool of individuals out there. It’s a beautiful environment.

You can take the control back in your relationship with the media. You can dictate your own view. My ability to self-publish has resulted in a big reduction in strangers following me around with cameras.”

Ashton Kutcher was all dressed up in his ‘penguin suit’ at the Golden Globe Awards last night but there was just one thing missing – his wife Demi Moore.

The Punk’d star was forced to attend the Beverly Hills ceremony alone after the actress fell ill and – even more grave – was suffering a bad hair day.

She was expected to join Ashton, who presented an award with Jennifer Garner, on the red carpet but instead stayed home.

The 47-year-old posted a picture of herself on popular social networking site Twitter yesterday looking tired and bedraggled.

She commented: ‘Feeling sick and having a bad hair day!’

She also posted a picture of Ashton in his tux, saying: ‘Hubby looking dapper for the Golden Globes.’

Ashton, 31, kept his Twitter followers up-to-date from backstage, noting at one point: ‘FYI Ricky Gervais is pounding Fosters back stage. The show should only get funnier.’

But Ashton’s moment in the spotlight was cut short.

‘Show was running long so they neutered our bit. BTW I’m keeping the award.’

HARPER’S Bazaar’s latest personnel move is good publicity, but is it legal? The Daily reported that Bruce Willis’ daughter, Tallulah, recently started interning at the magazine and has even attending market appointments with the fashion team. But according to the US Deptartment of Labor, Willis’ age — she’s 15 — and the fact that she’s unpaid and not receiving school credit, means the magazine is technically in violation of federal labor law. A Harper’s rep told us, “Tallulah is a guest of Harper’s Bazaar, shadowing our editors for a couple of weeks.”

Breathe a sigh of relief: You may never be the victim of Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore’s oversharing again.

The Twitter-obsessed duo is threatening to sign off of the global networking site if a proposed reality show comes to fruition. According to Variety, Twitter.com is linking with TV producers Reveille and Brillstein Entertainment for an “unscripted show that would be putting ordinary people on the trail of celebrities in a revolutionary competitive format.”

Responded Kutcher: “Wow, I hope this isn’t true. I really don’t like being sold out. May have to take a twitter hiatus.”

Demi, who posted photos of herself with a missing front tooth over the weekend (below r.), echoed her young hubby: “I hope this isn’t true - if it is, our Twitter time may come to a quick and sad end!”

The couple’s rationale for potentially withholding their 140-character-or-less gems of wisdom? “How about … I don’t want to be stalked!!!” Kutcher tweeted.

Twitter founders acknowledged a “simple agreement” with both networks and production companies in a blog post Tuesday, but denied any “official Twitter show.” However, they did add that “Twitter’s open approach might have the power to transform television.”

ASHTON Kutcher (above) is a prankster, but he doesn’t always get it when the joke’s on him. Buzzfeed.com co-founder Jonah Peretti recently posted an audio clip in which he pretended to be an overzealous fan upset when Kutcher, an avid Twitterer, didn’t respond to a Twitter message from Peretti. But when Kutcher heard the audio, he took it seriously, and even called to apologize. In the two-minute voicemail, Kutcher said, “I want to ask for your forgiveness because I don’t like having ill will.”

Bruce Willis wed his girlfriend, model Emma Heming, Saturday at his home on Parrot Cay, on the Turks and Caicos islands in the Caribbean, his rep said.

His rep tells Us Willis’ daughters, Rumor, 20, Scout, 17, and Tallulah Belle, 14, and their mother, Willis’ ex Demi Moore, were present, as was Moore’s current husband, Ashton Kutcher. A source tells Us that Madonna was also among the guests.

“The couple will be having a civil ceremony when they return to California,” Willis’ rep tells Us.

This is the second marriage for Willis, 54, and the first marriage for Heming, 30.

Rumors of a wedding surfaced earlier this week: Rooms and private villas had been reserved for his guests at a hotel near his home there.

Willis and Heming have been dating since last year.

Willis was previously married to Moore. They split in 2000 after 13 years of marriage but have remained friends. He even has referred to Moore and Kutcher as his “extended family.”

“A lot of people have a hard time letting go of the things that can end a relationship, but we’ve managed to put the kids first,” Willis told Ryan Seacrest in 2007. “Here’s the trick: Try not to take your time on earth for granted. … Death waits for us all. The only answer is to get out there and live each day.”
