Miss Fabulosity Kimora Lee Simmons and her ex, Russell, have finally signed a contract to sell their sprawling 35,000-square-foot mansion in Saddle River, NJ, for close to its last asking price of $13.9 million.The unknown buyer is paying far less than the $23.8 million price tag of two years ago. The house, on four acres, includes indoor and outdoor pools. Listing broker Stephanie Rosken, of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, had no comment.
