A day after inmates cheered her arrival, some prisoners are already grousing about the “Mean Girls” actress.

Even though officials have insisted Lohan is treated like everyone else – beyond getting her own cell – rumors flew that the star is enjoying perks.

“She’s getting special treatment. Some inmates were getting pissy over it,” Debra Sickels, 30, said as she was released after doing 19 days for shoplifting.

Sickels said that during her stint, she was in the infirmary every day for medical treatment, “and the girls said they cleaned a special room for Lindsay. It had a regular hospital bed, a TV and a dresser for her new clothes and socks.”

Other just-sprung inmates said they heard Lohan was paying for special food and new clothes and had a female guard at her disposal and access to a private phone.

“She’s being treated like any other inmate in her classification. There’s no special treatment at all,” said Los Angeles sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore.

The “Freaky Friday” star was jailed Tuesday to serve a 90-day sentence for violating her probation by missing a string of alcohol education classes this year.

When she arrived in handcuffs and tears, prisoners yelled out her name and shouted, “God bless you!”

Lohan is expected to serve as little as two weeks because of good behavior and jail overcrowding.

On LiLo’s second day behind bars, defense lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley stopped by for an hour-long visit, but didn’t answer questions. Later in the day, Lohan’s mom, Dina, and kid sister Ali showed up.

An exiting inmate said the jail was put on an hour lockdown for the visit.

“I sat there for four hours waiting to get released because of her,” said Sharell Gaines, 30, a Watts resident who spent a week in jail for traffic tickets. “They put us on lockdown and told us not to look. It’s discrimination. She’s a criminal, just like me.”

TMZ.com claimed that LiLo was given permission to take some prescription drugs while behind bars: the stimulant Adderall to treat attention deficit disorder and the sleeping pill Ambien.

Like all other inmates, she can spend up to $135 a week in the commissary for munchies like Spicy Velveeta Refried Beans, Spam, Kit Kat candy bars and Country Time Raspberry Lemonade, TMZ.com said.

An Oregon masseuse filed a police statement accusing Al Gore of sexual “abuse” that left her traumatized after a nearly three-hour, $540 massage session, according to a bombshell new report.

The alleged incident took place at an upscale hotel in Portland in October 2006 while the former vice president, now 62, was in town to talk about climate change.

The woman also claimed she even saved pants she wore the night of the encounter after noticing suspicious stains on the garment, a police report noted.

The sensational allegations by the 54-year-old auburn-haired woman had been kept under wraps for years, but were uncovered by the National Enquirer in the wake of Gore’s recent split from wife Tipper.

Tipper had previously complained about her husband’s trips to massage therapists and reportedly suspected he may have been involved with one.

The woman’s lawyer first told Portland cops in December 2006 that she wanted to report “unwanted sexual contact” by Gore the previous Oct. 24. But she blew off police interviews.

On Jan. 6, 2009, however, she decided to file a complaint, alleging that Gore — who signed into the hotel as “Mr. Stone” — repeatedly subjected her to unwanted sexual touching.

“I finally got out the door after being forcefully being pulled back in the room . . . a couple times and trying to leave, to be groped and fondled and have tongue kisses forced on me. . . . and that’s when he’s saying, ‘You know you want to do it.’ And I was just thinking, ‘Oh my God.’ ”

She said Gore was so persistent, she derided him for “being a crazed sex poodle.”

The Enquirer reported that, according to hotel documents it has seen, Gore ordered up a 90-minute “therapeutic massage” at Hotel Lucia after 11 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2006.

That session was followed by a 75-minute “shin do session,” which incorporates accupressure.

The woman said she was so traumatized by the encounter that “. . . my sleep and mood has been vastly disturbed,” that she’s “seeing a specialized counselor . . .” and that her “work has been more stressful and frightening for me since this incident.”

A Portland police spokeswoman said the woman contacted detectives this month and said she was taking her case to the media. Gore declined to comment last night.

Val Kilmer took the unusual step Wednesday of going before a county commission in rural New Mexico to make amends with some of his neighbors who are angry over disparaging comments attributed to the actor over the years.

San Miguel County commissioners invited Kilmer to explain magazine interviews in which he said he lives in the “homicide capital of the Southwest” and proclaimed that 80 percent “of the people in my county are drunk.” He also made insensitive comments about war veterans.

Hard feelings about Kilmer’s words resurfaced with a plan for his Pecos River Ranch to open three guest houses to paying customers. After Wednesday’s meeting and Kilmer’s apology, commissioners gave Kilmer the go-ahead.

Dressed in a black blazer, blue button-up shirt and a bolo tie, the star of movies including “Tombstone,” “Top Gun” and “The Doors” had his hair tied back as he stood before commissioners and more than four dozen people at the county courthouse. With a prepared statement folded in his hands, he explained that his words were taken out of context and misunderstood.

“I can only ask that you view my apology as a stepping stone toward repairing this misunderstanding between us so that we can go forward, working together toward a common interest in promoting and protecting our beloved New Mexico,” Kilmer said.

He said he has lived in the area for more than two decades and loves it. His grandfather is buried here, his father lived here, and his children were born here and have grown up here, Kilmer said.

But he understood why some residents are upset.

“I have the same concerns as anyone else when you hear negative things about a place you love,” he told The Associated Press before the meeting. “That’s the good part of this story. Really, they care about where they live, and I do too. I share their concerns.”

Kilmer said he feels guilty “that I haven’t done enough work to make sure people know this isn’t me. I’m on the other side of the fight.”

There was increased security, with six officers from state police, the sheriff’s office and Las Vegas police inside the commission chambers. Some people were not allowed into the crowded room.

Commission chairman David Salazar said Kilmer wasn’t forced to appear Wednesday but was simply offered an opportunity to speak.

“It took a lot, I think, for him to come down here and face everybody,” Salazar said. “It takes a lot to apologize, and a lot of people wouldn’t have done it, but he chose to come down here and do what he did, and I think he was sincere.”

The commission ultimately decided to approve a permit for Kilmer’s guest houses. The county’s zoning and planning commission approved the proposal 3-2 in March, but Rowe resident Abran Tapia appealed.

Tapia has accused Kilmer of being a bad neighbor and a racist. He claims the actor is trying to create “a segregated facility” by charging people to stay at the guest houses. He reasons that local Hispanics would be excluded because they couldn’t afford a stay at the private ranch.

As in his previous pleadings with the commission, Tapia pointed Wednesday to comments Kilmer made in the magazine articles. Tapia didn’t accept Kilmer’s apology.

“We’re trying to make the world better too, but we won’t do it if we allow people like him to instigate,” Tapia said.

In October 2003, Rolling Stone published an article that quoted Kilmer as saying he lived in the “homicide capital of the Southwest,” and 80 percent “of the people in my county are drunk.”

Rolling Stone stood by the article, but Kilmer denied the statements and said he had bragged about New Mexico during the interview. Days later, he took out an ad in the Santa Fe New Mexican, saying he loved New Mexico and Pecos.

Two years later, Kilmer explained for an Esquire writer the emotional toll acting takes on an artist by talking about soldiers who fought in Vietnam and how they couldn’t have mentally prepared for the horror of war. He was quoted as saying most were sent to the war because they were “borderline criminal or poor.”

Commissioners asked Kilmer about the articles.

“No one in this room, in this county, in the state, in the country, in the world, can make one statement and say that I’ve ever said one disparaging thing against anyone that has defended our nation, because it’s not true,” Kilmer said.

He said his words were twisted and he hopes residents of San Miguel County and New Mexico recognize he regrets the impact the comments had. He also discussed his efforts to help schools, improve wildlife habitat and encourage filmmakers to come to New Mexico.

County Attorney Jesus Lopez said the matter has been trying for him and the commissioners. Lopez said they have received hate mail, phone calls and e-mails from supporters of Tapia as well as from people who stand behind Kilmer.

“I hope we can put this to bed today and all live as neighbors,” Lopez said.

Yuck, she’s really gotten trashy.

Wow, I can’t believe how great Halle looks. Not to say it is unusual, she’s always been incredible, it’s just such a huge accomplishment to have a child at her age and bounce back to being so trim and sexy. I’ve been watching Kendra’s show lately and I see how hard it is for her to get her pre-baby body back, she’s been rockin’ that belly for months and Halle is probably 15-20 years older than Kendra… Then again, Halle has had 2 years to lose her baby belly. I am sure Kendra will be back to her old self sooner than later.

Jennifer may not be the best actress but one thing she proves on the set of “Just Go With it” is that she still has a killer bikini body. I think Jen has a body that compares to many much younger women. Too bad we don’t all have the time and discipline to get our bodies in this shape.

Teresa and Joe Giudice Broke?

Reports started surfacing yesterday that court documents against the Giudice clan show that they are over $11m in debt. Between bad investments, homes in forclosure, credit debts and much more, these folks are way in over their heads. With 3 girls and an infant, how irresponsible can you be?

The real question is, how is it possible? With his income showing $79k a year, how would they get into this kind of astronomical debt? It doesn’t seem to add up. The documents state that the family receives $10k in assistance from family members each month. Interestingly, that is more than Joe makes at work at his $79k a year job each month. Must be nice to receive $10k a month for doing nothing but with their debts, it’s probably not even enough to cover the minimum payments.

I remember in the first season of NJ Housewives, Teresa was whipping out huge wads of cash and seemed to have no concern for money at all. Was it all an act? Where did the money come from and where did it go? I have to question the truth behind this, not saying the documents are false but more thinking that they are using the system to their advantage to get out of bad investments. We will have to wait and see what happens. I really feel bad for the family if they are struggling financially. Six mouths to feed and ridiculously high amounts of debts, four little trolls who are “too pretty to work”… however will they survive?? I gues Bravo is probably paying them a pretty penny for doing the show. Hopefully Teresa is putting some of that money aside for the kids college (maybe they are too pretty for school?) and not blowing it all on big, shiny hair accessories.
