Radar Online says that before Charlie started hooking up with his current escort that he was spending time with a friend of the escort. Charlie was having sex with her in hotels and at his friend’s house and even at his home when Brooke wasn’t there. It doesn’t say if his kids were there or if he made the nanny watch, just that he didn’t care where or when as long as he got to have sex with the escort. The supermodel’s boyfriend, Russian millionaire Vladislav Doronin, has been speaking about their plans to tie the knot, revealing fashion designer-and-magazine editor Dasha Zhukova – the partner of Chelsea soccer club owner Roman Abramovich – will be bridesmaid.

Online newspaper life.ru quoted the 47-year-old business tycoon as saying: “I can’t say it took us long to decide who will be bridesmaid.

“We are good friends with Dasha, she is a wonderful person and talented designer. So she will be next to Naomi at our wedding.”

Vladislav did not hint at a possible date for the nuptials and did not give away any further details.

Naomi’s spokesperson has previously laughed off speculation the couple are engaged.

Her representative said in January: “Naomi is not engaged nor has any plans to wed.”

It is believed Vladimir is currently still married to Ekaterina, the mother of his teenage daughter Katia.

Naomi, 39, and Vladislav – who is nicknamed the ‘Donald Trump of Russia’ in his home country – began dating in 2008.

Shortly after they got together, it was reported the businessman was so smitten with Naomi he bought her a $18.5 million penthouse in Brazil.

A source said at the time: “Naomi told Vladislav how much she loved Brazil and that she really wanted to settle down there. So he bought her the apartment, and said it was a gift for her. They will use it as their base when they are in Brazil together.”

The ‘3′ singer – who is still under the conservatorship of her father Jamie Spears following her widely-publicised breakdown in 2007 – has been warned she needs to improve her public image which is why he has imposed the bra rule and threatened to sack any member of her security who lets her slip out without underwear on.

A friend said: “Jamie’s control over Britney’s life is incredible. He hates the pictures of her with her nipples all over the place so he has banned her from leaving the house without a bra. He wants her to put across the right impression. One security guard is told he is close to getting fired because he lets her go out without her bra.”

The 57-year-old patriarch – who has control of the singer’s finances – has also been deemed responsible for the end of the pop star’s relationship with 38-year-old talent agent Jason Trawick, who she split with at the end of February.

The friend added to The Sun newspaper: “It was also Jamie who made her split with Jason. He likes Jason but their relationship was too intense and volatile. He feared it was sending her back to her old ways. Michael Lohan flew to Los Angeles to convince his daughter to enter rehab as he believes she is addicted to prescription drugs.

He went to her apartment building in Hollywood – where she presently lives with her sister Ali – accompanied by four plain clothes police officers, but she wouldn’t let him in.

Michael told X17online: “I won’t give up, I’ll do whatever I have to do to get her the help she needs.”

Lindsay reacted angrily to her father’s actions, branding him her “ex-dad”.

She wrote on her twitter page: “OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have no choice but to make this public, due to my sister’s safety, as well as my own, “my ex-dad” just WALKED INTO MY APT like the devil’s advocate with officers.

“Let’s not forget, that my father KIDNAPPED me from a COURT ROOM when i was 4 years old and is CRAZY he has NEVER paid child support, and is marrying a tabloid writer and can barely spell his own name due to his “brain” that has been ruined due to HIS drug use. (sic)”

Lindsay now intends to get a restraining order against her father, and also suggested he may have been accompanied by fake police officers.

She tweeted: “my lawyer isn’t answering I NEED A RESTRAINING ORDER! MY SISTER AND FRIEND TOO!!!!! HE’S NUTS!!! my BUILDING didn’t STOP him, isn’t it supposed to be safe? THAT’S WHY I MOVED HERE! it coulda been FAKE cops! dressed up! (sic)”

Michael has previously denied not paying any child support for his children – Lindsay, 23, Ali, 16, Michael Douglas, 22, and Dakota, 13 – by ex-wife Dina, and accused Lindsay of “living in denial” over her prescription drug use.

The assisted suicide advocate known as “Dr. Death” said Thursday the HBO biographical movie “You Don’t Know Jack” is unlikely to inspire much action but he’s delighted and honored by the “superbly done” film about his crusade.

“It may stimulate a little more discussion – maybe even a little more probing discussion,” Kevorkian told The Associated Press in a telephone interview. “But it won’t stimulate anybody to act, I’m sure.”

The 82-year-old from Michigan has claimed he attended more than 130 deaths before being convicted of second-degree murder in 1999. He said only the threat of returning to prison keeps him from assisting in any more suicides.

Kevorkian, who was released from prison nearly three years ago and spends much of his time writing books, said he continues to provide “moral courage” to the cause. Still, he’s not interested in merely rekindling the debate he helped spur 20 years ago.

He started making headlines on June 4, 1990, when the body of a woman with Alzheimer’s disease was found in his van at an Oakland County park. Janet Adkins, 54, of Portland, Ore., received a lethal dose of drugs by pressing a button on a machine developed by Kevorkian.

“You’ll hear people say, ‘Well, it’s in the news again, it’s time for discussing this further.’ No it isn’t. It’s been discussed to death,” he said. “There’s nothing new to say about it. It’s a legitimate ethical medical practice as it was in ancient Rome and Greece.”

Kevorkian attended a reception and screening of “You Don’t Know Jack” Thursday evening at the Detroit Institute of Arts. The Detroit Free Press reported that the audience of about 500 gave Kevorkian a standing ovation.

The film debuts Saturday night on HBO and features Al Pacino as Kevorkian.

Kevorkian walked the red carpet last week with Pacino at the New York premiere of the film and had high praise for the actor – “down-to-earth” – and his performance – “superb.”

Kevorkian’s friend and attorney Mayer Morganroth said the pair hit it off, speaking for hours at dinner afterward. More than once, Morganroth said, Pacino told Kevorkian that it was an honor to play him.

“It’s a high honor for me,” Kevorkian said. “You feel an immediate surge of gratitude and pride.”

When asked how his own epitaph should read, Kevorkian said it should reflect what he believes to be his “real virtue.”

“I am quite honest. I have trouble lying. I don’t like people who lie,” he said.

Kevorkian, who said he finds the greatest dishonesty in politics, actually ran for Congress in 2008 as an independent in the suburban Detroit congressional district won by Democrat Gary Peters. He promoted the Ninth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which protects rights not explicitly specified elsewhere in the Constitution such as dying through assisted suicide.

The amendment became the topic for a book he wrote while in prison, “Amendment IX: Our Cornucopia of Rights.”

“All law can do is stop you from exercising your rights,” he said.

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian suffered domestic violence at the hands of her ex-husband Damon Thomas, according to allegations in newly uncovered court papers.

The socialite, who currently is back in the U.S. after a promotional visit to Sydney, Australia, claimed the music producer repeatedly beat her and demanded to know where she was at every minute of the day.

Kim, now 29, eloped to Las Vegas, Nevada, and married Thomas in January 2000 – when she was just 19-years-old. They split three years later.

According to the documents, Thomas would punch her in the face, slam her against walls and throw her across the room, leaving her bruised and battered.
His alleged bullying was so terrible he gave her $3,650 to get liposuction because he wanted her to be ‘perfect’ – then gave her an additional $1,000 for further surgery.

Thomas, who has worked with artists such as Lionel Richie and Pink, even forced Kim to quit jobs and college, poisoned her mind against her own family and would not let her see her friends, the court papers claim.

‘Damon decided what we would do and when we would do it. He was very much the “King of the castle”,’ she said.

At the time of their quickie Las Vegas wedding she was working as a sales girl at a Los Angeles shop called Body, but her new husband soon made her quit the job.

‘He said he did not want me to have contact with my old boyfriends who would be able to reach me at the clothing store,’ she said.

‘He said he wanted to know where I was at all times.’

Thomas’s controlling personality is laid bare by Kim in the couple’s divorce papers, which were filed at Los Angeles Superior Court back in 2003.

According to Kim, her music producer husband wanted her at his beck and call – and even demanded that she cook him food when he arrived home at 4.30am.

She claims he would not let her spend time with her family and friends, start arguments at family gatherings and tried to convince her that her mother and sister were ‘evil’.

He allegedly showed naked pictures of one of Kim’s sisters to her father, branding the siblings ‘whores’, and constantly wanted to know where Kim was.

‘Damon told me not to leave the house unless I first told him when and where I was going. Sometimes, Damon would not allow me to leave,’ she said in her August 2003 court declaration.

‘For example, he would not allow me to go to the mall alone, or with friends. He told me that he did not want men to have an opportunity to “hit” on me.

‘He would not allow me to go out to dinner with friends I have known since I was a child. If Damon were not home, I was required to call him and ask permission to leave the house.’

But, according to the explosive court papers, Thomas’s abuse did not end there – and he started hitting her just a few months after they were married.

While Kim stood at just 5′3″ and weighed 107lbs, her husband towered over her at 5′10″ and 175lbs.

One incident of physical abuse that Kim recalled took place when she and Thomas were going skydiving with pop star Justin Timberlake.

Thomas, now 39, apparently hit his wife in the face, cutting her lip open and causing her to fall to the floor.

‘I fell into the bed frame and banged my knee hard. I was limping when we went skydiving,’ she said.

Another alleged incident took place at Kim’s mother’s house when Thomas became suspicious about who she was paging.

‘He became enraged and punched me in the face. My face was bruised and swollen as a result,’ she said.

‘I thought about calling the police but was afraid and decided not to do so.

‘On another occasion we were at the marital residence and had an argument. He grabbed my arm and slammed me against the sliding mirror of the closet in our bedroom.’

Kim claims the abuse continued even after they separated in April 2003.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star revealed how her estranged husband flew into a rage while she was retrieving some personal items from the bathroom of the home they once shared.

‘He came at me and slammed me against the closet wall,’ she said.

‘He held me up against the wall with his hands around my neck and threatened to choke me. He then took one hand and punched the wall right next to my head.

‘He then grabbed me by my hair and told me to get out. He put one hand against my back and pushed me up the stairs (the front door is on the ground level and the bedroom is one level below ground).

‘At the top of the stairs, he threw me across the room and I hit my head against the front door. I got up and ran out of the house. I was frightened.’

It was Thomas, who went on to produce the Dreamgirls soundtrack in 2006, who filed for divorce from Kim in 2003.

Their marriage was officially dissolved in February 2004 and Thomas was ordered to give Kim a one-time payment of $56,000.

Kim has since dated R&B star Ray J and American football player Reggie Bush.

She has recently been spotted on cosy dates with Real Madrid soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo.
