“One Tree Hill” actor Antwon Tanner has pleaded guilty to selling more than a dozen Social Security numbers for $10,000.
Tanner told a federal judge in Brooklyn on Friday that he was a middleman, selling numbers someone else provided. He and his lawyer didn’t comment on how he got involved in the scheme.
Tanner is expected to get as much as a year in prison at his sentencing, set for Nov. 20.
The 34-year-old actor was charged in April with selling 16 Social Security numbers and three bogus Social Security cards.
Tanner plays the character Skills in the CW series. Representatives for the network didn’t immediately return a telephone call Saturday.
Tanner also appeared in the 2005 movie “Coach Carter,” starring Samuel L. Jackson.

She’s currently fighting a libel lawsuit after slamming a designer on Twitter so you’d think Courtney Love would think twice before posting on the micro-blogging site.
But it seems the legal drama hasn’t put her off.
The 44-year-old rock widow has posted pictures of herself in bed with a turtle on her head.
The intimate snaps show the former Hole frontwoman, mother to 17-year-old Frances Bean, sprawled on a double bed while covered with a black floral bedspread.
She poses with the reptile on her head while pulling a face in one picture and is seen sleeping peacefully in another.

Earlier this year designer Dawn Simorangkir filed a lawsuit against Courtney claiming she had embarked in ‘an obsessive and delusional crusade to terrorise and destroy’ her.
The designer said the Courtney had used Twitter and her own website to spread lies about her, including that she sold cocaine, was a drug addict, a prostitute, a thief, and a ‘horrible lying bitch.’
But Courtney has since hit back, claiming that any comments she made on Twitter were protected by hey right to free speech.
She also alleges the fashion designer is a racist who also once worked as prostitute.

Courtney, who was previously married to the late Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain, has now asked a judge to dismiss the case on the grounds it violates her right to free speech on Twitter and other social networking sites.
Her lawyer Keith Fink also insists the star has every right to write about such issues on social networking sites.
‘Alternative mediums such as Twitter and personal web blogs enjoy the same First Amendment protection as do newspapers, television and radio,’ he says.
‘It is important that this cherished right not be marginalized when speech is communicated via the Internet. Ms. Cobain (Love) enjoys using Twitter and expressing her views… to her fans and those who are interested in following what she has to say.’

Milla Jovovich wed Paul Anderson at their Beverly Hills home Saturday night, Usmagazine.com has confirmed.
Guests, including Patrick Dempsey, began arriving at 4:30 p.m. to the sound of Spanish flamenco music.
The 20-minute ceremony began at 5:30 p.m. Jovovich donned a veil that covered her face, and a long, white sleeveless dress. Her hair was down and wavy, decorated with red flowers. Anderson wore a beige suit.
After saying “I Do,” guests “cheered three separate times while the couple kissed,” a source said.
The model-actress and her husband, a director, are parents to 20-month-old daughter Ever Gabo, who wore a ballerina tutu. (Jovovich debuted her post-baby body in the September issue of Maxim.)
Jovovich, 33, met Anderson, 44, in 2002 when he directed her in Resident Evil. She’s set to begin filming Resident Evil 4 next month.
She’s currently starring in thriller A Perfect Getaway alongside Steve Zahn. Anderson most recently wrote and directed Death Race, which hit theaters in 2008.
It’s the third marriage for Jovovich, who wed Dazed and Confused costar Shawn Andrews in 1992 at age 16 (it was annulled two months later), and The Fifth Element director Luc Busson from 1998 to 1999.

“American Idol” Season Four Runner-Up Bo Bice has certainly mapped out a route to success that includes a lot of time on tour (hence the name of his new album is “I Love the Road”), but entertaining our troops overseas has been the biggest highlight of his journey.
“I come from a military family, so when the call came to go over to Afghanistan, I jumped at the chance. Those two weeks were life changing, getting to experience how these men and women live, to see the true vision of what’s going on over there,” Bice told FOXNews.com. “Over here in the United States, we’re cut off. We don’t see that there’s so many bases out there that are controlled by other countries, and that we’re the support effort. So there’s a lot of different people tied up in this campaign. But the men and women there never waiver, whether they’re a support group or on the front lines. I took away a new respect and love for what freedom really means.”
Bice also chimed on on the continuing Paula Abdul controversy, and said “Idol” may take some knocks without Abdul at the judges table.
“If you took away Randy or you took away Paula or you took away Simon, you’re changing the dynamic of what made the show great,” Bice added. “I don’t think it could equally handle the loss on either end of which way the teeter tot goes, whether it be Simon or Paula. It’s like having a hit show, take Joey out of “Friends”… would it still be just as big of a hit?”?
Well, when you took all of the other “Friends” away, “Joey” didn’t do so well. But that’s another story…

“HEROES” starlet Hayden Panettiere has a new man. The actress, who turns 20 today, is dating Pink Taco owner Harry Morton. On Monday night, they had a romantic dinner together at Madeo in LA. Then, on Wednesday, the new couple was spotted on the beach in Malibu (photo, above). The son of Hard Rock mogul Peter Morton, Harry, 28, is only slightly more age-appropriate for Panetierre than her 32-year-old ex, Milo Ventimiglia.

Lindsay Lohan was out on the town again last night, this time with her younger sister and a friend in tow.
The trio went for dinner at the Waverly Inn in New York for a slap up meal.
What they were probably not expecting was to bump into rapper and record producer Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

The star arrived at the restaurant in a silver sports car before entering the eatery and going over to say hello to the actress and her party.
Later he was only too happy to pose-up next to his shiny motor, dressed in a sharp black suit.
Meanwhile Lindsay, 23, and her younger sister Ali, 15, opted for the leggy look. Lindsay wore a pair of high-waisted gold shorts and black top while her sibling went for a paint-splattered miniskirt.

Earlier in the day the Mean Girls star was spotted shopping in Soho with friends. In one boutique she feasted on a slice of pizza while perusing the clothes.
It emerged this week that Lindsay has been turned down for a film role playing a teenager because the producers have branded the star ‘too jaded’ for the part.

She had been lined up to play the lead in the adaptation of acclaimed novel Undiscovered Gyrl, which tells the story of a teen blogging about her sexual coming-of-age.
But the book’s author Allison Burnett has now revealed she’s passed up the actress because of Lindsay’s troubled image.

Daddy has spoken out for the first time about daughter Miley Cyrus’ provocative performance that included the teen singer dancing around a pole at the Teen Choice Awards earlier this month.
At the August 10 event, while singing her hit song, “Party In The USA,” Billy Ray’s 16-year-old daughter jumped on top of an ice cream cart, pushed by her back up dancers. While performing the song, Miley crouched and danced next to a metal pole attached to the top of the cart, which attracted a host of criticisms across the Web.
When asked about headlines that suggested the teen got a little ahead of her age by dancing with the metal pole, Billy Ray — who Access Hollywood caught up with at the Hellmans/Facebook Feeding America Event in NYC on Thursday — said Miley remains focused on “entertaining.”
“You know what? I just think that Miley loves entertaining people,” Billy Ray told Access. “She loves singing [and] songwriting.”
And while some might have taken exception to Miley’s performance, her father encouraged her to block out the negative comments.
“I always tell her to love what you’re doing and stay focused for the love of the art and not worry so much about opinion,” he added.

I guess the National Enquirer was right about Britney Spears and her agent breaking up. He was the one who did the breaking up. Oh, if you read People Magazine you might think they were still together, but if you read it knowing they spin everything you can tell they are finished. Here is the quote from People, and you tell me if they are still together.
“Things are fine – they still maintain a great working relationship and he’s in her life as a great friend as he’s always been. Contrary to recent reports that the two ended their romance, the pair continue their relationship, according to the source. ‘Jason did not break up with Britney. That’s totally false.’ So while they are not exactly headed for the altar, the pair have a great mutual respect for one another.”
It goes on to say that things are very casual between the pair. Does the above quote sound like a couple that is a couple? I don’t think so. Score one for The Enquirer.
