No one seems to be on Lindsay Lohan’s side these days.

The actress, whose house was burglarized early Sunday morning, is now facing the wrath of some of her annoyed Hollywood Hills neighbors who want her out of the neighborhood, RadarOnline.com reports.

“The truth is that this is a very quiet neighborhood and there have been no break-ins apart from at Lindsay Lohan’s house,” a neighbor confessed. “Since she moved in last November it has been a nightmare with all the paparazzi parking in our driveways waiting for her.”

This is the second time Lohan, who is currently filming Robert Rodriguez’ film “The Machete,” has had her rented home burglarized.

Although burglars were scared off during the first break-in in May, the most recent incident had thieves taking off with the 23-year-old’s safe, handbags, jewelry and shoes.

Detectives at the Hollywood police station are said to be reviewing video footage which reportedly captured three men leaving the house.

Lohan’s father, Michael, previously said he believed the heist was “an inside job” because the people employed by his daughter failed to turn the alarm on.

Added the neighbor, “I’ve got nothing personal against her but she needs to find a home in a gated community with security at the main gate because all the residents are fed-up with the situation.”

Paula Abdul will see familiar faces when she hosts the “VH1 Divas” concert – former “American Idol” winners Kelly Clarkson and Jordin Sparks are among the singers.

The special, which also includes Adele, Leona Lewis and Miley Cyrus, will air live on Sept. 17.

Abdul has been filling in her dance card with work since Twittering her decision to quit as an “American Idol” judge. Besides the VH1 concert, she’s filmed an appearance on Lifetime’s “Drop Dead Diva.”

Producer-judge Nigel Lythgoe of Fox’s “So You Think You Can Dance” expressed interest in an Abdul cameo on the show, and ABC programming chief Stephen McPherson said he’s been in touch with her.

But Abdul has yet to announce a steady job to replace the hit singing contest, which she left amid contract negotiations.

A judge on Tuesday sentenced Chris Brown to five years’ probation and six months’ community labor for the beating of Rihanna and ordered the R&B singer to stay away from his former girlfriend for the next five years.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg told Brown that he could be sent to state prison if he violated any terms of his sentence, including an order to stay 100 yards away from Rihanna unless they’re attending music industry events.

A probation report prepared for Tuesday’s sentencing describes two previous violent incidents. It said the first happened about three months before the February beating while the couple was traveling in Europe; Rihanna slapped Brown during an argument, and he shoved her into a wall. In the second instance, Brown allegedly broke the front and passenger side windows on a Range Rover they were driving while visiting Barbados, Rihanna’s home country. Neither attack was reported, the probation report states.

Brown will serve his sentence in his home state – Virginia – and his community labor will be overseen by the police chief in Richmond.

The judge said she wanted to ensure that Brown, 20, performs physical labor instead of community service, such as mentoring young people. He will also undergo a year of domestic violence counseling.

Rihanna did not attend Tuesday’s sentencing.

At one point, Brown, who was accompanied by his mother, agreed to the terms of the sentence before Schnegg had finished going through them all.

The hearing had been planned for Thursday afternoon, but Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, asked to move up the singer’s sentencing to Tuesday. A previous attempt to sentence Brown was postponed when Schnegg said she hadn’t received adequate assurances that Brown would perform physical labor if allowed to serve probation in Virginia.

The judge said she was satisfied with a letter presented by Geragos that Richmond Police Chief Bryan T. Norwood will directly oversee Brown’s labor program.

After Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault in June, Schnegg ordered the pair to stay away from each other and to not contact one another. Her order Tuesday essentially extended that until Brown completes his sentence.

Donald Etra, Rihanna’s attorney, has said he didn’t think the strict rules were necessary, but that he and Rihanna favored a less-stringent ruling that simply ordered Brown not to annoy, harass or molest the 21-year-old pop singer. He said after Tuesday’s hearing that Rihanna did not object to the stay-away order, which allows the former couple to be within 10 yards of each other if they are attending music industry events.

Schnegg said she was aware of reports that Brown had been spotted on several occasions in the same places as Rihanna.

“I am not amused with the chatter that has been on the airwaves and any violation of your probation in this case comes with the potential for state prison,” Schnegg told Brown.

A felony charge of making criminal threats was dropped during Tuesday’s sentencing.

“We feel that the sentence for Mr. Brown is an equitable one,” said Sandi Gibbons, a district attorney’s spokeswoman. “He has his future in his hands. He has control of his fate.”

Gibbons said Brown’s charge could eventually be reduced to a misdemeanor if he completes his sentence.

Brown was arrested Feb. 8, hours after he was accused of beating Rihanna.

The attack occurred in Los Angeles’ Hancock Park neighborhood as Brown drove a rented sports car. A Los Angeles police detective described a brutal attack in a search warrant affidavit filed in the case, stating Brown hit, choked and bit Rihanna and tried at one point to push her from the car.

Brown’s career suffered after his arrest, with sponsors dropping him and radio stations refusing to play his music. Both he and Rihanna had to cancel several high-profile appearances, including planned performances at the Grammy Awards the day of the attack.

In a probation report released after the sentencing, Brown is quoted as saying he was “depressed” since the attack and that he “‘does not want to carry on that cycle.’”

The report included letters of support for Brown from RCA/Jive Label Group Chairman Barry Weiss as well as an entertainment lawyer and a pastor.

With only a month to go before Kelly Osbourne appears on US TV show Dancing With The Stars, she’s got a lot of work to do.

The reality star, who admits she has no dancing skills, is one of the 16 celebrities competing in the American version of Strictly.

The 24-year-old has just started rehearsals in Los Angeles with Dutch professional partner Louis Van Amstel, 37.

Spotted outside a LA dance studio, Kelly looked tired and nervous after her second day of rehearsals.

Wearing a t-shirt, leggings and strappy dance shoes, Kelly dashed outside to put more money in the parking meter before returning back inside.

After a successful first day, yesterday didn’t go as smoothly as planned after Kelly barely ate before hitting the dancefloor.

Writing on her Twitter micro-blogging page, she said: ‘I made the biggest mistake today. I did not eat very much before I went to rehearsals and I was sick.’

Louis added: ‘Kelly and I had a short day today. Kelly decided not to eat. Then I made her twist ‘n turn. Not a good idea. lol. You can imagine what happened.’

Kelly admitted she was aching after her first dance session and was wondering how she would get through the pain.

Sending a Twitter message to her partner Louis on Sunday, she said: ‘I need my brakes, I’m not as fit as you, but trust me when I say I am hurting today… you a*shole! Can’t wait to see ya.’

Louis, who was previously partnered with Priscilla Presley on the TV show, has recommended out-of-shape Kelly starts Pilates classes and takes regular baths to help ease her sore muscles.

While Kelly is looking forward to acquiring new dancing skills, she is reluctant to wear the Lycra outfits and fake tan.

Last week, she said: ‘Just met with wardrobe, hair, and make up for Dancing With The Stars. They told me I need to get a fake tan, ha ha.’

Kelly, who rose to fame on MTV reality show The Osbournes, was confirmed as a contestant on the popular programme last week.

She enthused: ‘My body is going to get sick and be toned.

‘I mean this from the bottom of my heart: I don’t care if I win. I’m not doing this to try and prove that I’m better than someone else at something, I’m doing it because it scares me.

‘Dancing is something that I’ve always really wanted to be able to do, but never had the confidence and the technique, if you know what I mean.

‘I’m not very graceful, so it’s just something that absolutely terrifies me – and it’s the main reason that I kind of wanted to do it.’

Kelly appeared in Chicago in the West End in 2007, and told American Idol host and radio presenter Ryan Seacrest that she had taken a role that ensured she did not have to do much dancing.

She revealed: ‘I was originally meant to be Roxie – but when it came down to doing the dancing, I couldn’t learn the dancing in time because I can’t dance, so I went and did Mama Morton instead.’

Kelly will joins a host of celebrities competing on the show including supermodel Kathy Ireland, R&B singer Mya, Donny Osmond and Sabrina, The Teenage Witch actress Melissa Joan Hart.

Previous Brits to star on the U.S. programme ex-Spice Girl Melanie Brown, Heather Mills and Jane Seymour.

The big-mouthed British blonde who claimed last year she had a seven-year affair with globe-trotting superchef and TV star Gordon Ramsay is now writing, blogging and talking about another alleged dalliance — but the man in question is fighting back with a team of lawyers.

Sarah Symonds is the author of “Having an Affair? A Handbook for the Other Woman,” and advises women for $250 an hour on how to handle their cheating men.

Symonds claims to have had a torrid affair with a married marketing executive 23 years her senior, a father of two young children, “who crushed my heart,” she said — and she’s named him on her blog.

“He pursued me like a heat-seeking missile. I can say we were obsessed with each other . . . I believed the spectacular picture he painted to me of a life together, as we all do,” Symonds said. “A house in the Hamptons he said was in the cards for us. I nearly wanted to take my own life when he so cruelly pulled that from me.”

The temptress claims she often traveled with her lover on his business trips. “He would make me wear hats and glasses as disguises on the plane if his colleagues were on the same plane,” she said.

“I have kept Mr. X a well-guarded secret until now. But I almost feel I have to exorcise him out of my life for the complete pain he caused me. Like I have to bury him in my mind by coming clean with the story.”

Symonds gladly showed us a copy of the letter she got from Mr. X’s lawyer stating that her outspokenness “would . . . constitute a breach of the written [confidentiality] agreement dated Aug. 25, 2005,” executed by both her and Mr. X.

She said, “I only date single men now,” and vows to be married next year by her 40th birthday, which will lead to her second book, “From Mistress to Mrs.”

She tells the new issue of Nylon, “It’s like, I’m sorry, maybe there are a lot of women who keep their bras on while they have sex . . . I don’t happen to be one of them. I don’t think the naked body is particularly shocking or interesting.” She adds, “People are incredibly literal sometimes in how they view you. You have dark hair and pale skin? You must be brooding. The second you dye your hair blond and get a spray tan, people treat you as if you’re a bit stupider and happier.” Paquin, “The Dollhouse” star Eliza Dushku, “90210″ star AnnaLynne McCord and Kristin Cavallari from “The Hills” will host a party for the magazine tomorrow night at Skybar at the Mondrian in Los Angeles.

Canadian authorities on Saturday intensified the manhunt for the millionaire reality TV star accused of murdering a former swimsuit model and stuffing her naked, mutilated body in a suitcase.

“We’re leaving no stone unturned, but we have to play our cards close to our chest right now,” said Royal Canadian Mounted Police Sgt. Duncan Pound.

The search for Ryan Alexander Jenkins, a 32-year-old real estate developer and investor from Calgary, is centered around Vancouver and British Columbia, said Peter Van Loan, Canada’s public safety minister.

The Mounted Police are leading the manhunt for Jenkins, who is suspected of strangling Jasmine Fiore and then reporting her missing the evening of Aug. 15 before fleeing.

Jenkins and Fiore met in Las Vegas in March and they married a few weeks later. The couple separated shortly afterward, but had reportedly recently reconciled.

Fiore’s body was found in a trash bin in Buena Park, an Orange County city about 20 miles southeast of Los Angeles.

Her teeth had been pulled out and her fingers cut off, apparently to impede her identification. Investigators used the serial numbers on her breast implants to identify her, said Farrah Emami, spokeswoman for the Orange County district attorney’s office.

Authorities believe Jenkins fled via car, boat and on foot to enter his native Canada.

Both Jenkins and Fiore were involved in the outer circles of the entertainment business.

Fiore was a model who worked mainly in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, doing gigs such as being bodypainted at parties, said Andrea Guevara, a friend who worked with her about five years ago coaching “margarita wrestling” teams – young women tussling each other in swimming pools of green-colored water.

Fiore’s looks meant she was often invited to parties, some hosted by celebrities, but she had more than a pretty face and alluring figure, Guevara told The Associated Press in an interview.

“She was very intelligent and well spoken,” Guevara said. “She had a positive energy and was always working. She didn’t need to have a boyfriend. She was very happy being herself.”

Fiore was also an aspiring actress. She had a bit part in a small 2008 horror science-fiction movie, “The Abandoned,” according to the Internet Movie Database.

Jenkins was recently a contestant on VH1 reality show “Megan Wants a Millionaire,” in which wealthy young men tried to win over a materialistic blonde. The network canceled the show Friday.

Jenkins said on the show that he possessed assets of $1 million to $2.5 million, said Tom Hession, chief inspector for the U.S. Marshals Service’s regional fugitive task force.

Jenkins also was a participant in an as-yet-unaired competitive reality series, “I Love Money 3.” A VH1 spokesman said no decision has been made on whether or not to run the show.

Before launching his TV career, Jenkins’ resume posted on the professional networking site LinkedIn.com showed he earned a license to fly commercial airplanes and dabbled in several development enterprises and investments since graduating from college in 1999.

Those include Townscape Development Inc., a condo project in Calgary with his father, prominent architect Daniel Jenkins.

Jenkins’ mother Nada Jenkins lives in a tony Vancouver condo. A neighbor, Bob Snowdon, said he had not seen her in several days. She did not answer her phone on Saturday.

Jenkins and Fiore’s relationship reportedly turned violent in June.

Court records show Jenkins was charged in Clark County, Nev., with a misdemeanor count of “battery constituting domestic violence” for allegedly hitting Fiore.

It was not the first time he had been charged with assault. In Calgary, Jenkins was sentenced to 15 months probation in January 2007 on an assault charge.

After returning this summer from taping “I Love Money 3″ in Mexico, Jenkins succeeded in winning back Fiore, who was living in a penthouse apartment in a modern new building in central Los Angeles.

Prosecutors said Jenkins and Fiore checked into a San Diego hotel on Aug. 13, and Jenkins checked out the next morning.

Fiore was not seen alive again.

In Calgary, Jenkins’ former fiancee Paulina Chmielecka said she was engaged to him for 2 1/2 years and never saw a violent side.

“The guy was a great guy, as far as I knew he was very happy,” she told the Canadian TV network CTV. “In our relationship, we had our fights – everyone does – but I would never say, ‘Well, he could have murdered someone.’ There’s no way.”

The manhunt has claimed widespread attention in Canada where some media carried an erroneous report late Friday that Jenkins had been escorted off a plane arriving at Toronto from Vancouver.

Regional police spokesman Adam Minnion said Saturday that the man resembled Jenkins but was released after tests confirmed he wasn’t the suspect.

But the mistaken identity led two newspapers to publish erroneous reports.

“Fugitive murder suspect arrested in Toronto: Jenkins caught,” declared the front page of the Calgary Herald’s online edition.

A headline on the online front page of the Vancouver Province announced “Jenkins arrested in Toronto.”
