Natalie Portman says she isn’t cozying up to Sean Penn.

“Sean Penn is a friend and colleague,” the actress, 27, said*. “The reports that we are romantically involved are completely untrue.”

Tabloid Star magazine claimed that Penn, 48 — who recently filed for legal separation from his wife of 13 years, Robin Wright Penn — and Portman were “making out” at West Hollywood’s Sunset Tower Hotel in March.

The New York Post reported today the pair have been “cavorting.”

But Portman continues: “I normally do not respond to rumors about my private life, however, this repeatedly fabricated story has forced me to do so.”

Both Penn and Portman served on the jury of the 2008 Cannes Film Festival.

Penn — who won his second Best Actor Oscar for his role in Milk earlier this year — initially filed for divorce from Wright Penn, 43, in 2007, but his petition was later dismissed. Three days later, she filed her own paperwork. In April 2008, the couple’s divorce petition was dismissed at their request.

Portman split from indie rocker Devendra Banhart last September after four months of dating.

A fired manager at Justin Timberlake’s Southern Hospitality has filed a lurid sexual discrimination suit - claiming the restaurant utterly failed to live up to its name.

It’s the second time in six months the singer’s upper East Side barbecue joint has been sued by a former employee.

In the latest legal battle, aspiring actress Alison McDaniel claims Timberlake business partners Eytan Sugarman and Ronnie Kaplan are guilty of “vile and discriminatory conduct.”

McDaniel, 29, said her job as general manager became an X-rated nightmare in which she was spit on, pelted with expletives and subjected to porn.

“In at least one instance, defendants Sugarman and Kaplan viewed … pornography while in a locked room with McDaniel and made fun of her when she began crying,” the suit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court claims.

A publicist for Southern Hospitality had no comment. Timberlake and best friend Tracy Ayala are also named as defendants.
McDaniel alleges other female workers endured racist comments. A hostess who was fired was nicknamed “that ghetto girl at the door,” the court papers say.

McDaniel, who worked at the Second Ave. restaurant for a year, was fired after she wrote a memo complaining of the harassment, the suit claims.

Her lawyer said she did not file a complaint with the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission before filing suit Thursday.
In a federal case filed in November, a busboy claimed Southern Hospitality employees weren’t getting their fair share of tips and overtime.

While it has been strongly denied that Harrison Ford will passing of his Indiana Jones title to Shia LaBeouf, there was something he passed off to him and that was…the hat according to IOL. 

He said: “It has his sweat stains from the whole movie in it. We were way out somewhere at an airplane hangar on the last day of shooting, and he took the hat off his head, signed it and handed it to me.
“When I looked at the hat I saw he had written something with a silver Sharpie (pen). It said, ‘It’s all yours now, kid - Harrison.’”

But LaBeouf is quick to point out that he won’t be taking over from Ford any time soon: “It’s easy to perceive that as his handing the reins over to me on a franchise or whatever… that’s not it.
“It was his way of saying ‘Life is going to get crazy now, so strap on tight, kid.’”

I am so glad that he wasn’t handing over the franchise to him because I don’t get why he is Speilberg’s go to boy. He just doesn’t do it for me, does he do it for you?

Sin city became skin city yesterday as 281 participants donned their swimwear and marched along the famous Las Vegas street for a world record attempt.

The feat paid off, earning the city a place in the Guinness Book of Records for the world’s largest bikini parade.

Dressed in barely there bikinis, 281 women marched down Las Vegas Boulevard in what the Guinness Book of World Records ruled was history’s largest bikini parade.

Guinness representatives were even on hand to present a plaque to the event’s organizers, which included hostess Holly Madison.
