A “friend” of Vice President Joseph Biden’s daughter, Ashley, is attempting to hawk a videotape that he claims shows her snorting cocaine at a house party this month in Delaware.

The anonymous male acquaintance of Ashley took the video, said Thomas Dunlap, a lawyer representing the seller.

Dunlap and a man claiming to be a lawyer showed The Post about 90 seconds of 43-minute tape, saying it was legally obtained and that Ashley was aware she was being filmed. The Post refused to pay for the video.

The video, which the shooter initially hoped to sell for $2 million before scaling back his price to $400,000, shows a 20-something woman with light skin and long brown hair taking a red straw from her mouth, bending over a desk, inserting the straw into her nostril and snorting lines of white powder.

She then stands up and begins talking with other people in the room. A young man looks on from behind her, facing the camera. The lawyers said he was Ashley’s boyfriend of a few years.

The camera follows the woman from a few feet away, focusing on her as she moves around the room. It appears not to be concealed. At one point she shouts, “Shut the f— up!”

The woman appears to resemble Ashley Biden, 27, a social worker for a Delaware child-welfare agency and a visible presence during her father’s campaign for the White House.

The dialogue is difficult to discern, but the woman makes repeated references to the drugs, said the lawyers, who said they viewed the tape about 15 times.

“At one point she pretty much complains that the line isn’t big enough,” said the second lawyer, who declined to identify himself. “And she talks about her dad.”

Biden has been an outspoken crusader against drugs, coining the term “drug czar” in 1982 while campaigning for a more forceful “war on drugs.”

The lawyers declined to name the person who shot the video, but said he knew Ashley well and had attended other parties with her at which there were illegal drugs.

JC: Yes, breast feeding. I don’t know why I think that’s a dirty word. It’s not a dirty word…

MS: All the women here have probably had the opportunity to do so.

JC: Then I’ll go into more detail. She’s actually - I’m going to get dirty – she’s pumping a lot…doing it all herself and working! Of course as a dad, I was like, ‘let’s just do formula’ and my wife was like, ‘listen, we’re not doing formula until X months old…’

MS: Six-years-old?

JC: Six-years-old?!

MS: I’m just kidding!

JC: I stopped very young – I was 16 years old.

Jerry on his three month old twins:

JC: They’re so cute!

MS: They don’t look identical.

JC: I also want to say Martha, I realize my children are not the best looking children in the world. I get that.

MS: No, what do you mean? They’re so cute! All babies are the cutest.

JC: All I can think is, they’re the best looking children in the world.

MS: They’re cute. They just don’t look alike.

JC: I call them the big one and the little one.

MS: Do they have names?

JC: They do.

MS: Sometimes fathers forget.

MS: Do they sleep well

JC: They do - for a couple hours at a time. Then my wife feeds them…it’s not my problem!

Jerry on his handyman skills:

MS: Did you take shop or anything like that, or were you a child actor that didn’t have nice things like shop class?

JC: Martha, do I look like a pretty boy? Am I that pretty? These are nice nails…

“I was assuming that at one point and I got a lot of shrugged shoulders and shakes of the head, so I don’t know if that’s a yes or a no. No one will tell me and I don’t know how this is going to go,” Heigl said, noting series creator Shonda Rhimes’ passion for plot secrecy.
“I don’t know if I live or die. I don’t know how Izzie fares,” said the actress, who’s played the character since the show debuted in 2005.
“I’m there” if Izzie remains part of “Grey’s Anatomy,” Heigl said. She called the set “one of my favorite places to be” and said her colleagues are also friends.

On Friday, Heigl said she’s comfortable balancing movies and TV by working on big-screen projects during the summer hiatus for “Grey’s Anatomy.”
“I’m more than happy to make that compromise. As my agent likes to say, ‘High-class problems,’” Heigl said.
“I don’t know if I want to continue for five years working 12 months a year, but I can take at least another year or two,” she said.

Wow working 12 months a year is hard for her. I work 12 months a year and I have no choice. She does think she is better than us. Hopefully the residuals won’t be enough for her to survive on once her career finally comes to an end.

Willie Aames, who filed for banktupcy last year, has a found a new way to make money. According to the Kansas Star he held a Garage Sale at his house yesterday for a documentary about his life now.

People are making a television documentary of his life, hard times and how he gets through them, said Sarano Kelley, a California life coach for athletes and celebrities.

“We’re filming what Willie is going through like what the country is going through,” he said.

He is getting rid of his possessions as part of leaving his old life behind, the coach said.

Seriously I don’t get the life coach thing, but whatever. What is up with all those dead stuffed animals he owned? Maybe she is right that he really needs to let that old life go.
