New pictures of Katy Perry filming the music video for her latest single, “Waking Up In Vegas,” show the sultry singer showing off her assets in a tight, unbuttoned polka dot shirt, complete with a red bra and colorful, sequined hot pants.
Shots from the video, filmed in the Valet at the Palms Resort and the Sky Villa in the Fantasy Tower, depict a scantily clad Katy smooching a—gasp!—man, all while stuck in a glass money booth.
Her love interest is played by actor Joel David Moore, who has a reputation for playing “nerdy” men in his cameo appearances. One of his most famous smooches was with Paris Hilton in the razzie-award-winning The Hottie and The Nottie.
The video is being filmed for the track ‘What Happens In Vegas’ - although it’s not known if the song was inspired by the Cameron Diaz film of the same name.
Kristen Stewart was on the Jimmy Kimmel show the other night to promote her new movie, The Cake Eaters. She had to break herself away from the New Moon set to come to do the promotion for it.
The movie is about “two families who are brought together by the return of one family’s son—a reunion that conjures up old ghosts and issues that must be addressed.”

After a whirlwind weekend in the media spotlight in response to a warrant (which was later dropped) being issued for her arrest, Tarts has been told that Lindsay Lohan is seeking professional guidance to put her back on a positive path.
According to an inside source close to the Lohan family, the troubled 22-year-old will temporarily be in a “therapeutic environment” organized by fellow actors, Stephen and Danny Baldwin.
“Lindsay is still able to go to work and meetings and do normal things,” said our insider. “But she wants to remove the negative influences in her life.”
Reformed rehabber himself Daniel Baldwin is devoting a great deal of time and energy into making sure the young starlet doesn’t fall back into her wild ways.
“Lindsay’s doing great, her sobriety is the most important thing to her,” Baldwin told Tarts in an exclusive statement on Wednesday. “She is taking all the necessary measures and actions for her continued health.”
A rep for Lohan confirmed that she is not in rehabilitation but did not respond for any further comment.
Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, declined to elaborate on his daughter’s immediate plans but said Lindsay is committed to improving her quality of life.
“Lindsay will disclose where she is staying and what she is doing when she is ready,” he said, adding that he intends to come to Los Angeles this week to offer his daughter support and guidance.

Britney Spears must’ve gotten ex-hubby Kevin Federline hooked on Southern cooking.
K-Fed chowed down at an early birthday dinner at Brother Jimmy’s in Murray Hill Wednesday night, with his new girlfriend, Victoria Price, his dad Mike, pal DJ Reach and … (ready for this?) Taye Diggs and Kourtney Kardashian. Yes, our mouths dropped open, too.
The motley crew noshed on hot wings, Patrón shots and fishbowls of Swamp Water. The latter is a mixture of alcohol and juices that is served in a fishbowl with many straws.
The clan then headed over to eco-friendly club Greenhouse to catch Reach on the turntables. There, Federline the aspiring rapper (is that label still applicable) and Price were “dancing very provocatively.
They were kissing and touching each other excessively,” our spy shared.
K-Fed and his posse downed whisky and tequila shots, and his pops stuck to beer. Sounds like a menu for a true K-Fed celebration.

Chris Jericho isn’t messing around with Mickey Rourke. The real-life wrestler promises that when “The Wrestler” Oscar nominee attends this year’s Wrestlemania, he’s going to give Rourke the bitch slap that will be heard “round the world.”
“I will get out of the ring, walk over to Mickey, and slap him in the face,” Jericho announces.
The feud between the WWE superstar and Hollywood’s comeback kid kicked off at the SAG Awards, when Rourke boasted he could kick the two-time world heavyweight champ’s butt. Big mistake!
During Rourke’s “Larry King Live” interview in January, Jericho appeared via satellite and challenged the actor. Mickey backed down. “Would I box him in a boxing ring or a bareknuckle match? Yeah. Wrestling? That’s his world. That’s what this man does,” he said.
Jericho is not taking any threats lying down. “I’m going to buy Mickey a ringside seat. Hell, I’ll even buy one for his dog!” he tells us. “This is a promise. Those seats are $2,500 each, and Mickey Rourke is invited to bring as many dogs, cats, gerbils as he wants. If he finds a cockroach or two, he can bring them as well. I’ll reserve seats for his whole traveling zoo if I have to.”
Rourke plans to attend the 25th anniversary event April 5 at Reliant Stadium in Houston to support wrestler pals Jimmy Snuka, Ric Flair, Roddy Piper and Ricky Steamboat. And he’d better be in his seat — Jericho says he intends to make good on his promise.
“If Mickey isn’t sitting in the front row, I’ll go to the bar or the bathroom, wherever, and find him and slap him across the face,” says Jericho. He goes on to predict, “I think he’s going to stand there and take it. I’ll hand him the microphone and he’s going to apologize, and I’ll just keep smacking him in the face until he gets the hint.”
Although Jericho has his own acting aspirations, he claims his anger stems from seeing someone go outside what he knows.
“I appreciate Mickey’s talent as an actor, and that’s why I think he’s an inspiration and a mentor in a lot of ways,” he says. “It’s Mickey as a person I have a problem with. He blurred the line between fantasy and reality. There’s a big difference with playing a wrestler and actually being one. Mickey has been asking for this for years.”
Rourke’s management team did not respond to repeated phone calls and e-mails for comment.

ROD Stewart has one ungrateful son. “My dad’s very cheap,” Sean Stewart (above) beefed the other day on the “Judge Jeanine Pirro” show. The party animal owed fitness guru Francois Xavier Declie $5,000 he claimed his rocker dad would eventually pay. When Rod wouldn’t shell out, Declie took Sean to Pirro’s “court.” “Your dad has a lot of money. Why is he so cheap?” asked Pirro. “I don’t know,” Sean moaned. Pirro awarded the trainer just $3,500, on grounds he should have stopped working with Stewart before the bill got so big.

If TV talk shows have become a battleground where hosts and newsmakers duke it out, Jay Leno and President Barack Obama didn’t get the message.
“Mr. President, I must say this has been one of the best nights of my life,” a beaming Leno announced at the end of Obama’s visit Thursday to the “Tonight” show.
Leno queried Obama about difficult issues - including AIG’s executive bonuses and criticism of Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner - but with minor exception allowed the president to answer without challenge.
It was a sharp contrast to the recent high drama of CNBC host Jim Cramer’s painful woodshed appearance on Jon Stewart’s show or David Letterman’s roasting of John McCain during the presidential campaign.
Of course, a sitting U.S. president is a different animal, and Obama was the first to visit “Tonight.” (He’d already appeared twice as a candidate.)
“I’m excited, I’m honored to introduce my next guest, the 44th president of the United States, Barack Obama,” Leno said as his studio band played “Hail to the Chief.”
Obama might have sensed from the outset it would not be a grueling exercise. Leno asked if it was fair to be “judged so quickly” after less than two months in office.
“I welcome the challenge,” Obama said. “In Washington, it’s a little bit like `American Idol,’ but everybody is Simon Cowell. Everybody’s got an opinion.”
The tone turned serious when the economic crisis was the topic, but Leno wasn’t going to make the president sweat.
Obama had appeared “angry” and “stunned” about the AIG bonuses, Leno observed.
“Stunned is the word,” Obama replied, then launched into a lengthy, wonkish description of how the insurance giant foundered and why the company bonuses symbolize the larger issue of Wall Street’s “attitude of entitlement.”
If Leno had a bone to pick, it was with federal efforts to tax the AIG bonuses out of existence.
“If the government decides they don’t like a guy, all of a sudden, `Hey, we’re gonna tax you,’” the talk show host said.
He did tweak Obama at one point, after bringing up criticisms of Geithner. As Obama defended the treasury secretary for taking the right steps against a host of problems, Leno joked, “I love that it’s all his problem.”
But the biggest dig was against Leno’s own network.
“A lot of people were surprised that the president came to NBC. You’d think by this time he’d be tired of big companies on the brink of disaster with a bunch of overpaid executives,” Leno said during his monologue.
It was a far different atmosphere when CNBC “Mad Money” host Cramer appeared on Stewart’s “The Daily Show” earlier this month and the Comedy Central host railed at him for putting entertainment above journalism. Last year, Letterman gave McCain a tough time after the GOP presidential contender canceled a “Late Show” appearance.
The White House scheduled the “Tonight” appearance as part of a broader outreach to promote Obama’s agenda - one that’s already had him on ESPN’s “SportsCenter” this week and includes a “60 Minutes” interview airing Sunday, plus a prime-time news conference Tuesday.
On “Tonight,” Obama had enough running room on to display his comedic chops as Leno delved into what he called “some personal things” with the president.
Leno pressed him on when daughters Malia and Sasha would get their pet dog.
“This is Washington. That was a campaign promise,” Obama replied to the pet question, drawing audience laughter. “No, no, no, no, no, I’m teasing. The dog will be there shortly.”
“How cool is it to fly in Air Force One?” a dazzled Leno asked at one point.
The 35-minute presidential interview was the only one on the show, which ended with a performance by Garth Brooks - and with Leno warmly applauding Obama.
It may be tough times in Washington for Obama, but not on Leno’s “Tonight.”
