Late-night talk show veteran Carson Daly toasted St. Patrick’s Day and hosted a pub visit with Guinness Master Brewer Fergal Murray as the duo rallied support for Proposition 3-17, a national movement to make St. Patrick’s Day an official holiday in the U.S.

Adults can join the effort by signing the online petition at propsition317.com or by texting the word “SIGN” to 65579. The movement this year has an even greater significance, as 2009 marks the Guinness brand’s 250th anniversary.
