The Oscars surprised me with the who wasn’t nominated from the previous Awards shows like Colin Farrell in In Bruges (he was robbed), Dustin Hoffman in Last Chance Harvey, Miley Cyrus for a song from Bolt or that kid from Slumdog Millionaire and thankfully so wasn’t Clint Eastwood’s Gran Torino. But forgetting all of that, I am really hoping that Robert Downey Jr finally gets the Oscar he so richly deserves! That award normally goes to a vet who has been in the industry who has never gotten an Oscar and they are finally making it up to them. I am kind of hoping that Marisa Tomei wins again, just so we can say twice she won, but it was the wrong name in the envelope!!! Since Kate Winslet was only nominated once, I think she will finally bring home Oscasr gold, but I am hoping for Anne Hathaway!!! When it comes to movies I could care less because if it is anything like the last few years we will forget which movie won within days! But I am kind of hoping that the remake of Forest Gump, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button wins, afterall it lead the Oscar nominations with 13!

Tom Cruise who normally holds Katie Holmes’ hand or her back, swtiched things up in London and patted her belly. Is that Tom Cruise’s way of say that Katie Homes is pregnant? If she wasn’t skinnier than ever, I might believe it a little more that she was giving a Suri a sibling in 8 months. I am saying that amount of time because it was a month ago that we saw that cold sore on her lip.

For some reason The Sun asked Jordan what she thought about people who committ crimes and what punishment they deserve.

The tough-talking star – who also agrees with the death penalty – said: “The way I see it is an eye for an eye.

“So if someone rapes a girl he should be bent over and the same thing done to him. I’m sorry that’s just the way I feel. I’m very strict.”

Jordan, real name KATIE PRICE, added: “If someone is done for drink-driving they should have their licence taken away for life.

“And if someone steals they should have to wear a dye on their skin, like a tattoo on their ear or somewhere it can be seen – like across their face! That would stop people stealing.”

I posted this because I like what she thinks should happen to rapists! I so agree with her on that one!

Kelly Osbourne was arrested for allegedly slapping a gossip columnist over comment she made about her fiancee Luke Worrall according to Daily Mail.

Witnesses claim the radio DJ flew into a rage after gossip columnist Zoe Griffin said  her fiancé, Luke Worrall, was stupid.

Griffin is said to have taunted Osbourne, 24, that Worrall, 19, did not know what an earthquake was.

Griffin said: ‘Kelly shouted loudly in my ear, “I have an issue with you. Everyone has been laughing at my boyfriend.”

A Met spokesman said: ‘We can confirm a 24-year-old woman attended a central London police by appointment on 2 January.

‘She was arrested for common assault relating to an alleged incident in Soho in the early hours of 29 August 2008.’

“She has been bailed until a date in March.”

Alyssa Milano has received a restraining order against a man she says has repeatedly tried to contact her and showed up at her home unannounced.

Records show a judge in Ventura County granted Milano a three-year restraining order on Dec. 23 against Jeff Turner, who lives in Northern California.

Milano wrote in court documents that Turner had hiked miles to try to meet her and repeatedly called to get access to an event where she was appearing.

Milano, who recently announced her engagement to Hollywood agent David Bugliari, is best known for her roles on television series such as “Who’s the Boss?” “Charmed” and a recurring role on “My Name is Earl.”
