Oh, baby!

Lindsay Lohan wore a prosthetic baby bump Thursday while shooting her new comedy Labor Pains in Encino, California.

She plays an assistant who pretends to be pregnant in a desperate attempt to keep her nasty boss from firing her.

Her gal pal Sam Ronson popped by the set twice this week to visit her.

It’s not the only project Lohan has lined up.

She’ll return to ABC’s Ugly Betty in multi-episodes next season as a down-on-her-luck old high school pal of Betty’s.
