Yesterday, Sarah Jessica Parker pushed her son, James Wilkie Broderick, through the West Village on the way to his school. No biggie except, well, for the whole plastic bubble thing. Was the device meant to protect James from the elements, or, to ward off photogs’ lenses?

Can you imagine rolling up to school in a PLASTIC BUBBLE!? And you thought your parents embarrassed you. We’re sure Carrie Bradshaw would never subject her child to something so… unfashionable.
