COMMON tourists aren’t the only ones scrambling for Miami hotel rooms. Sunshine State sources say out-of-work actress Shannon Elizabeth can’t get a room anywhere, even though she’s hosting two parties at two different hotels on New Year’s Eve. “First she’s hosting a charity party at the Catalina Hotel and then she’s ringing in the New Year at the Sagamore - but she doesn’t have anywhere to stay,” said our snitch. “She’s desperately searching for a room and calling everyone, but all of Miami is oversold.”
