You’d think that after a Sunday marathon race followed by a movie premiere, Katie Holmes would want nothing more than to stay home the following night and rest up.

But for Mrs. Tom Cruise, rest seems to be absent from the agenda. Katie and Tom were spotted out yesterday evening enjoying a romantic dinner together at a Japanese restaurant in Manhattan.
