Britney Spears is always her own trouble maker.

Previously Britney ran over the feet of two Paparazzi and her next victim is a cop from Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles police department says that the case is being investigated and after the investigation it will be proved whether the singer will be charged or not.

She is also being investigated on a similar case in which she ran over a photographer’s feet.

The Los Angeles city Attorney office said that it is still not sure if Britney would be charged with a misdemeanor or felony.

This always happens with Britney!
