An accident took place on the sets of Valkyrie where Tom Cruise is filming for his movie in Central Berlin.

According to the police 11 people who were injured, were hit by a truck while it was negotiating a curve in the Mitte neighbourhood.

One person is seriously injured, the accident had occurred during the filming of Valkyrie.

In Valkyrie Cruise plays the role of Colonel Count Claus Schenk von Stauffenberg, a leader of the failed 1944 plot to kill Adolf Hitler. The movie is being filmed at historical locations in Berlin’s government district.

Cruise has been staying in Berlin with his wife Katie and daughter Suri.
